Built in 1882 by the George A. Dickel Company.

Private rooftop deck with panoramic views of downtown Nashville. Custom welded spiral stairs, 75" TV in main room, 55" TVs in bedrooms, curated outlaw country record collection.

Short walk to the Stadium, Lower Broadway & Printer's Alley

Units 401 & 402 are the only Lofts on the 4th floor, both are 2 bedroom/2 bath, so if you have a larger group you can rent both and have the whole floor.

If you need more space the 3rd floor (units 301 & 302) also has two 2 bedroom/2 bath lofts.

Beautiful and comfortable loft located only two blocks from Broadway and one block from Printer's Alley. The host was very accommodating. Just a note that there was construction noise across the street during the day. On Saturday night there was a lot of partying shouting and car revving from Broadway.

Great Space

Me and my husband and my sister and her husband stayed in the pretty dope loft for a weekend visit in Nashville. The place is located just a block or so from Broadway St where there are plenty of bars, people and sights to see. The loft sits on top of a smoke shop and a wine and spirits store that share the bottom floor. You can enter the building through the main door for both shops to get to the elevator that gets you up to the loft spaces. The workers in the store were very nice! The smoke shop stays open pretty late so you shouldn't have any issues getting into the building. The loft space is very comfy and clean. The pictures and description are accurate. The place is decorated very nice. The beds are comfy. You are steps away from the Titans football stadium as well!Communication with the management team was easy and seamless.I would definitely stay here again!

Nashville Getaway

Great place to stay! Two minute walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. The Titans and Predators venue's are both easily within walking distance and the rooftop deck was amazing. Safe neighborhood with a convenience store one block away and a liquor store in the same building as the rental unit. There is some construction on the street which can get a little noisy but it wasn't really a bother. We would definitely rent again!

Great location

Loved having the rooftop area to hang out at. You can easily walk to any attraction on Broadway. You are close enough to the action that it is loud at night. Having the earplugs to sleep was a must.

Great Stay!

Beautiful place in a great area. The rooftop area was so neat. Close to Broadway and many other attractions. Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely rent again if back in Nashville.

Best place to stay when visiting Nashville

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Communication with Vijay with questions prior to our stay were answered quickly. The check-in process was simple and was communicated early. The loft itself is exactly as you see it in the listing. It's an incredible unit that's spacious, comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are immaculate. The private rooftop deck included with our unit was an added bonus. Coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the deck were such a treat. Its location was perfect and within walking distance of so many great venues. We look forward to staying here again. By far our favorite place!

Cool condo, great location

Property is exactly as described and owner was easy to work with. Located a short walk from Broadway and convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Will stay here again!
