Beautiful Cottage- highly recommend!

This cottage is such a gem. The views alone from the balcony are stunning and make this place totally worth it. Beyond that, Roberta is an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Additionally, staying in Hana is such an amazing time, and this place puts you in a very accessible location to food, shops and beaches. Overall the cottage was perfect; clean, cozy and very homey- highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Modern, well-equipped, clean, great location

Perfect stay for a couple in Hana. Easily located, easy parking on the property. Loved the many windows and tasteful beach house decor. Would stay again!

Absolutely Perfect!!!

We weren’t sure what we were walking into. This cottage is a total gem!!! Super clean, the views are unlike any other places we have stayed. Roberta (the host) is prompt with responses. She gives clear instructions on everything from how to get here to where to eat and places to visit. This is the perfect getaway for my fiancé and I. When we come visit Hana again we don’t have to look for any other place. This is spot. The pictures do not lie!!

Ocean front perfect

From waking up in the mornings , having coffee on the porch in the afternoons to relaxing in the evenings, it was such an amazing experience. It was a beautiful cottage in an incredibly beautiful location. Hope to come back someday !!!

I am fortunate to live in Hana and call Popolana on Hana Bay my home. I enjoy all the outdoor activities the East side of Maui offers. Surfing, Sailing, Fishing, Hiking, Croquet, Paragliding, there is always something to do or just relaxing and doing nothing! I enjoy meeting my guests and sharing some of my local knowledge with them.

The Hawaiians named this property "Popolana" on Hana Bay. Although all three cottages are in a row along the bluffs of Hana Bay, each place has its unique breathtaking views of Hana Bay and the coastline beyond because of its situated angle.

Popolana's cottages are secluded and private, within a 2-minute walk to Waikaloa and Hana Bay State Beach park. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Hana town center to the baseball field, basketball and tennis courts, grocery stores, food trucks, Hana Ranch restaurant, and the Hana Hotel.
