Honey BE Beach House

Honey BE Beach House is designed to encourage relaxation, comfort, and fun! Whether it's a family vacation or a girls’ weekend, this home provides the perfect getaway space. Each room is thoughtfully designed by the owners, a husband and wife design team.

Home has a dune view from the main level and ocean view from the master suite. Watch whales, hawks, eagles and deer from the picture windows. Perfect for sunset watching! Head out to the beach on the trail, steps away from the covered deck and patio.
Things to know:

-We do not refund due to inclement weather.

-WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. This is an HOA rule for guests and there are no exceptions. Evidence or report of a pet will constitute forfeiture of your damage deposit.

-No smoking of any kind allowed in or near the home. Evidence of smoking will constitute forfeiture of your damage deposit.

-No fire pit at home. Beach bonfires need to be 100 ft from the dunes.

-Front door has Ring doorbell camera for your security and ours.
I will always be available by call or text for the duration of your stay.
This home is close enough to town to bike there but far enough away to provide a serene setting. It's tucked away in a cute little neighborhood, and faces the ocean.
You will be emailed your door code and instructions 1 day prior to arrival.

Kitchen is stocked with settings for 8. It includes everything you need to whip up a meal: kitchen utensils and tools, 6 piece pots and pans set, mixing bowls, colander, and even a waffle maker! Coffee station includes 10 cup coffee pot, French press, grinder, and electric hot water pot. We also include enough coffee beans and cream and sugar to get you started! Kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking spray and oil are also included.

Bathrooms include one towel set per person, hair dryer, hand soap, and a small set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap) Please note: toiletries are an initial supply and may not be enough for your entire visit.

Master suite is located upstairs with a king bed and rollaway in the closet.
Second bedroom features a queen bed. Third bedroom has a full bed with twin trundle.

The main level living space features a 50-inch flat screen tv with dvd/blu ray player. TV is equipped with Roku. Access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, and Roku channels and movies are included. (Cable and tv channels are NOT included). Home is also equipped with high speed internet. The home also features a small loft on the upper level. It's a perfect space for the kiddos to hang out! This space features a 40-inch flat screen tv with Roku and dvd/blu ray player. Loft also has a closet with DVDS, puzzles, and games.

Outside you'll find a covered deck as well as patio with picnic table and additional seating. The patio is a perfect place for a game of giant Jenga, stored in the garage.

We also provide amenities for outdoor fun! You’ll find a bucket with small fire starter, lighter and s’mores sticks. Just bring the wood for your beach bonfire!

The kids will love the sand toys, bucket, and kite. We provide a few different bikes, a 10 speed unisex, two 7 speed women's bikes, a kids bike, and a toddler strider bike. Home is a couple blocks away from the entrance to the Discovery Trail, a paved ocean front bike trail that spans about 8 miles.

Four clam guns and nets are available during clamming season!

A propane grill with grilling utensils is provided.
Parking is available in the garage or driveway. Quick drive or bike ride to town.
