The space
Relax and unwind in this stylish and spacious house just a short walk from Canton Street. The house is located in the heart of Roswell and is only a 20 minute drive from Woodstock and Alpharetta. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Wander around the historic streets, take a swim at the Mill, then head back for a morning coffee on the back porch of this private getaway.

Perfect house

We loved the house and its proximity to everything in Roswell. It was perfect for our group and so cute! Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed to make and enjoy a Saturday morning breakfast together. Would absolutely stay again!

Quick Trip

This house was so cute and quaint. It was very clean and so close to downtown Roswell where we could enjoy the great restaurants and shopping. If you’re looking to stay in this area don’t pass up this home, you won’t be disappointed!

Here from England for our daughters wedding .

THE property was everything we hoped it would be and more. A short walk to Canton street and its bars shops and restaurants along beautiful tree lined streets. We did not hire a car and never felt we needed one. We will book again next time we are over the pond. Perfect location, excellent property!

Perfect House Close to Downtown Roswell

Home had everything we needed and MORE! We had our daughter and bridesmaids gather and dress in the house. It was 3 minutes from downtown Roswell. My only regret was we didn't book for longer. A great house with all the amenities you could want. Home also has a fantastic back porch and large backyard. Definitely recommend if you are planning to visit downtown Roswell.

Superb Property

I recently had the pleasure of using an incredible VRBO property that surpassed all my expectations for a video production shoot. The property's contemporary decor was tastefully designed, combining sleek lines with cozy elements that created a perfect balance between modernity and comfort. Every room was thoughtfully furnished, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The color scheme was both refreshing and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire property. One of the standout features of this VRBO property was the exceptional range of amenities available. From the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, an open-concept floor design, and numerous conversation areas. The property even had a private screened-in porch, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The bedrooms were like havens of relaxation, with plush beds, high-quality linens, and ample storage space. The bathrooms were impeccably clean and stocked with toiletries, ensuring a spa-like experience. The attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness of the property deserves special mention as well as the Host's professionalism and ease of communication. The property exceeded all of my production needs. This would make a fantastic vacation stay as well! It's close to vibrant and charming downtown restaurants and antique shops.
