This stunning and vibrant home is the perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Games are scattered throughout the home and outside on the beautiful patio. Everything is uniquely added to ensure you have a perfect stay!

With five spacious and vibrant bedrooms this vacation rental can comfortably accommodate your entire group or family, very spacious. All living spaces are light-filled with modern and minimalistic design giving a peaceful atmosphere. The home has three bathrooms, which will make a comfortable stay for all guests. Very Accessible!

The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal all together. The dining table can accommodate four people and the room flows effortlessly with the kitchen. The kitchen has all cooking necessities, including Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven and all utensils are provided.

The beautiful living room has a large Smart TV, with access to Youtube TV/Netflix/Amazon/Hulu for you to enjoy during your stay! There is a cozy fireplace that you can warm up to while playing board games, or you can compete in hoops or foosball! Outdoors there are also other games like connect four and giant Jenga!

Whether you wake up to coffee and plan adventures for the day, play tons of games, do some work in the office space, or just want to take things easy, this gorgeous space gives you all the room you need.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to entire home and backyard.
We offer contactless check-in with a door code that will be provided 24 hours prior to your stay.
If you have any problems with the smart lock, there is also a lockbox with a key, please message if you need a code for that.

Other things to note:
A great place to gather with friends, connect with colleagues, or meet with loved ones. This is not a party house and any signs of unauthorized use in this regard will result in reporting to local authorities and eviction.
Noise Curfew: in order to respect our neighbors, please note there is a loud noise curfew at 9:00 PM

Bed sheets, pillows, towels, blankets and extra mattress were not as clean as they could have been... Visible stains, on white sheets, towels, blankets and mattress covers made our family have to purchase multiple bottles of Lysol. However we were in town for a funeral and they were very flexible allowing multiple family members to come over to visit on the day of the service and it was much appreciated.

Close to FSU- great for a big group with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood with Publix/Winn Dixie nearby.

Wonderful Stay!

Our group was in town for a work trip and we had a fantastic stay here! The home is well maintained, well stocked, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and our host was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Good property for families with kids- down stairs area set up well for them to play or watch a movie. Could use some additional seating on the main level as well as downstairs.

Great time at FSU

This property was perfect for our visit to see our son at FSU. Friends and family joined us on our visit so we needed a big house to stay in. We all fit comfortably. House was located close to everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen and the game room came in handy one of the evenings we were there too. Would recommend and stay again!!!

The property was better than what was pictured! The home was very clean, the amenities were plentiful, and the location was accessible to shopping, eating, and the arts and downtown areas.

Perfect home for work trip!

Ali was a fantastic host! The home was very spacious and super clean. We had plenty of space and all the accommodations we needed. Will be staying next time I’m back in Tallahassee!
