This is a Private Lodge and Guest home on 45 acres surrounded by public lands on 3 sides.

This exclusive 6 bedroom home and guest house is as custom, private, and luxury as any property you will find in the famed "Paradise Valley" less than 1 hour from Yellowstone National Park. One of our finest luxury properties, this home also comes with your very own VIP Concierge to assist with any trip reservations or itineraries prior to and during your stay.

Main Lodge: Features an open living area with 360 degree fire place and large picture windows with views of the towering Absaroka Mountains. Large dining table for 10 and a player grand piano. Nooks for conversing, playing games or just taking in the views. A large full sized saloon style western bar for entertaining and creating your custom nights in with your party.

The main level has a master suite with indoor fireplace and large attached bath and office space. There is a large closet and laundry in the master suite. Absolute privacy is found on this wing of the home that also features a screened in sleeping porch, exterior hot tub and outdoor fire pit.

On the same main level of the main lodge there are 2 additional bedrooms, each with a private bath. The first is a perfectly decorated western themed room with two twin beds and full bath, we also have a king conversion kit to make this into a king bed, please just let us know ahead of time and we can do this for you. The other has a queen bed with attached bath.

Just beyond this side of the house is another cozy living area with ample, lush seating, an additional (3 in total) fireplace and television. A delightful getaway from the main kitchen and dining area, with doors to the natural patios and more exquisite views of the mountains.

The kitchen features an oversized island, more dining seating, double dishwashers and subs zero refrigerator and freezer. Cook away in this chef's worthy kitchen on double gas ranges.

Added touches and spaces to this miraculous lodge include a terrarium entryway with fountain, live plants and more exceptional views. The downstairs is a game room with theater projector screen, juke box, games, and a full size billiard pool table. There is an additional bathroom in this area. An ideal place to make memories and spend the evening after a long day in Yellowstone National Park.

Step outside the main Lodge and walk to the 2,000 square foot "barn" (an actually expansive second home) and you will find this western themed space feels like a scene from a western horse movie (but clean and livable). The main level has an oversized laundry room with 3 modern front load washers and 3 dryers. We assure you doing laundry on your trip will not be a problem.

Up one level you find a charming vintage style loft like living space - ideal for the teens and kids to watch movies, play games and have their own area to romp around. This living space has a kitchenette with sink, fridge and items guests would need to prep snacks and mid-day light lunches.

This level has 2 large "bunk rooms" with attached baths. Each of these two rooms has 2 custom made bunk beds with queen mattresses on the bottom and twin size on top (total of 2 queen and two twins in each bedroom). This means there are 2 rooms with a total of 8 beds on this level. Each room has doors to the exterior balcony where you sit above the clouds and can see Yellowstone National Park to the south and the winding Yellowstone River through Paradise Valley below.

Climb the stairs to the "loft" of the barn to find a fun and open loft like space with 2 additional beds.

This home is truly "away from it all" and demands its guests not be in a hurry. The road from the main highway to the house is a gravel (maintained) road where speed limits are 15mph, max. Once off the main highway it is a 20 minute drive to the house. It is steep in some places and we recommend a 4wd or AWD car for travel to ensure accessibility in rain or the occasional summer snow storm.
