I had to call to check in, no check in details were provided. Upon entering the unit I was greeted by 2 roaches and crickets. There was no internet even after contacting David multiple times for help to fix it, it was never fixed.

High unprofessional

We were not told that the host cannot accommodate us because if a broken pipe or whatever still I called the host for instructions on how to get yo the property just a couple of hours before check-in . Had to call VRBO and stay on call for 1 hour to get another place to stay
