You requested an early check-in because you were traveling with children, and we were able to accommodate you with that and notified you as soon as the cleaners had finished, shortly after 1:30 PM, allowing you to check in before the standard 4:00 PM check-in time. When you notified us that toilet paper and paper towels were needed, we immediately contacted our cleaners, who were already aware that additional supplies were needed and were planning to bring them from their office before 4. Because you arrived early, they were not yet on-site, but they delivered the supplies by 4:00 PM, which was the original check-in time. Regarding the bathroom door, we had never previously experienced an issue with it. As soon as we received your message, we immediately contacted building maintenance to investigate and resolve the situation. We then followed up with you as soon as we had an update and a resolution. After maintenance unlocked the door, we spoke by phone, and you and your husband indicated that you were satisfied with the resolution. Maintenance also advised us that the door appeared to have been locked from the inside and subsequently closed from the outside, which resulted in the lockout. The doorknob is standard hardware that came with the unit and was not installed by us. We are also disappointed to hear your concerns about cleanliness and the condition of the unit. We wish you had contacted us during your stay regarding these concerns so we could have addressed them immediately. We are unaware of any peeling paint as well. Our goal is always to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable and well-maintained property, and we take guest concerns seriously. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the property and our guest experience.
