Do not miss this beautiful large home! Perfect for your next family getaway!

This stunning house has enough room for everyone in the family! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The master bedroom features a full bed, a twin bed, flatscreen TV, and 2 closets. The master bathroom has a large vanity and a shower tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with a tub shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed (100 lb. weight limit for the top bunk).

The kitchen has everything you could need to make a meal or just snacks. Stainless steel appliances and all the small appliances and kitchen tools you could want. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has comfy furniture, a large flatscreen TV, and a fireplace for the rare cool nights.

Walk outside to the fully fenced backyard with its own private pool! You will enjoy spending your evenings out here with all the seating and even a gas grill.

This property also allows small dogs. There is a fee of $35 pre day per pet. The max weight is 15 lbs. There is also an additional charge for extra cleaning if it is needed.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay.

Casa Verda.

We had a great time other than the washer was not working so we couldn’t wash our towels etc which was aggravating. The commodes stopped up a lot. The pool needed to be cleaned as well.

Lovely. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Could not have been more pleased. We will certainly be staying here again. The lock code didn't work when we arrived and after a long drive you certainly do not want to deal with issues b4 you even walk in the door but with that being said it was fixed quickly with a quick phone call and there were no more issues after that. I recommended this property.

Nice place

Overall a positive experience, and we would stay there again. Pros: Short walk to beach, nice size pool, spacious house, garage, nice kitchen size & set up, quiet neighborhood, safe, clean except parts listed below, lot of other positives that we take for granted. Cons: Beds were needing new mattresses, had to clean out dish washer so it would work right, (food?) chunk left on recliner, food left on bottom of 2 plates, general wear & tear (furniture, few tiles minor cracks and few other holes in wall/floors), Exterminators entered house on checkout day 1 hour before checkout time while we were in showers. Beds were only major disappointment for us. Other notes: Closest beach access is between 2 buildings of Splash Resort (access to foot rinse, but busy beach) however @ 100 yards west is a quiet section. The code to enter house did not work.(con) Make sure you get there in time to call the rental agency if needed, rain slowed travel; there just in time -had to set new code. We worked with evening emergency person who was very helpful. (pro) Enjoyed our stay, even though it rained most the week. The pool was a plus since the beach was double red flags most of our stay.
