This beautiful 2-story 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is tucked away in one of PCB's neighborhoods. Just a quick stroll or golf cart ride to the white sands & blue waters you've been dreaming about. Whether you're here to chill, grill, surf, or just soak up the sunshine, this home brings the fun!

Mimosa's Sunset Paradise is a home like no other here in PCB! With its custom pool, spa, & separate billiards room, & pool table it's your own private oasis. Relax on the covered porch surrounded by palms with access to the entry doors to the main level of the home. Only two blocks from the world's most beautiful beaches. Gated area with large custom built luxury pool, with water slide, walk over bridge, waterfall, swim up bar area & jacuzzi spa. Propane grill area & tiki bar, with table & umbrella and seating area and lounge chairs. Large carport with covered parking, beautifully landscaped yard, entirely fenced & gated. Separate Billiards room with pool table, wall mounted tv, outside patio table with seating for 6. Corn Hole Game provided for more outdoor activities. Open Concept Great Room, Large fully stocked Kitchen, and private half bath. Laundry Room with washer & dryer. 10-foot Ceilings, Ceramic tile throughout the home, large ceiling fans in rooms & porches. This large open space is perfect for gathering, planning the day or making family meals and memories!

- Sleeps 10 people max (including children of all ages, this goes for visitors as well)

Pool Area:
Gated area with large custom built luxury pool, with water slide, walk over bridge, waterfall, swim up bar area & jacuzzi spa. Propane grill area & tiki bar, with table & umbrella and seating area and lounge chairs. During the Fall, Spring, & Winter months there will be a charge to heat the hot tub. October 1st - April 30th if guests wish to heat the hot tub during their stay there will be a charge of $50.00 a day added to your reservation.
All guests must pay for the entire length of the stay. This fee must be paid in full by the final payment due date. If this fee is not paid in full by the final payment due date guests will not be able to heat the hot tub during their stay. Please note: Guests must pay for the entire length of their stay. No refunds given for spa heat once the fee has been collected. Please do not allow you dog in the pool or the hot tub. Dog hair causes filters to clog. If you do you will be responsible for the trip charge for our pool tech to come out & additional charges will be applied.

Age Requirement:
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this home. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

Spring Break Verbiage:
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age.
Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made. There are absolutely no exceptions made to this policy.

Dog friendly:
This house is dog friendly – 1 dog: 25 lb. weight maximum, with a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee, being requested after booking, once you register the dog on the reservation. No puppies or cats. Absolutely no exceptions. Your pet is not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. Additional fees will apply if waste is not cleaned up, damages occur, or extra cleaning is required by housekeeping. Your dog will not be allowed to use the bathroom in the fenced in back yard near the pool area. There is a designated potty area outside of the fence. Please do not allow you dog in the pool. Dog hair causes filters to clog. If you do you will be responsible for the trip charge for our pool tech to come out. Please keep your dog out of the pool. If the dog is left inside of the home alone the dog must be crated. If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team needs to be able to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions. Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional charges.

Occupancy Rules/Fire Code:
No unregistered guests allowed in the unit; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This goes for visitors as well. This unit sleeps/accommodates 10 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out & will be evicted with no refund.

Vehicle Limit:
This property has a 4-car maximum. Only 4 vehicles will be allowed to park in front of the property at any time. There is no parking allowed on the street or the landscaping.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found upon check in. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not found where it was during your check in additional charges will apply.

Please note we only provide a "starter pack" of amenities just to get you through the first night. As we never want our guests rushing straight to the store when you arrive. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade for the kitchen, 2 pods for laundry, (if unit has a washer & dryer inside the condo) 1 bar of soap for each bathroom, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.

This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door and cameras overlooking the property, which records audio and video of the entrance. Do not tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.

The Rental Guardian Damage waiver included in the booking total only covers accidental damages. This insurance does not cover linen.
Example: comforters, encasements, mattress pads, pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, & kitchen towels are not covered under the Rental Guardian Damage protection. If a guest damages any linen the guest will be charged & is responsible for covering the charge for each item that is damaged, stained, or missing.

Wonderful property

The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for 2 children and 5 adults. The pool was amazing, highly recommend. The property managers were alson great to work with and . Just sad that we had to cut our vacation short due to Hurricane Helene. Didnt want to take any chances with the kids.

Great Stay!

We loved this spot for our PCB vaca. The pool/hot tub were both gorgeous and so relaxing. The convenience of how close this property was to rick seltzer access made our beach trips so smooth.

Great location, great pool, great stay

There were 4 adults and 5 children that all fit comfortably. The pool was a hit with both kids and adults! The beach was just a short 5 minute walk away. We will be booking again in the future!

Great Experience

Pool and hot tub were amazing! Walking distance to the beach. Not at the main area but an easy drive away. Still convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome swimming pool!

The pool was a great hit for our little girls! They spent every minute they could outside swimming. The place was nice and clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

A great pool

The pool is even better than the pictures. In fact, the pool was so amazing that we had to force our children to go to the beach. The house also was nice and had all the amenities a guest could want, but the pool is real draw at this property. We definitely would book it again.

Great pool!

My kids enjoyed the pool. The house was very nice and as described. I would stay again. I would suggest a scissors, a few extra garbage bags to start, and a decent set of knives (steak, paring, butcher)

Great getaway

We had a great time at mimosas, hosts were very responsive, the house has a lot of character and spacious with beautiful furnishings. The pool area was the best part! Although we ran into issues with heating the hot tub the hosts assisted immediately. We did run out of tp and trash bags bit all other ammenities were in abundance. Overall i would return as it was a great experience!

Family vacation

This was the first vacation our family has taken together since the birth of our 2 grandbabies. This property was nice because it had its own pool which was more suitable since there were babies needing more attention than a public place. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we'd hoped, but not too bad. We enjoyed our family time together!

Absolutely amazing experience!

We absolutely loved our experience with Anchors Away! Gwyn and Dan were a absolute pleasure to work with. The house was clean, well kept, so very comfortable, and the pool was such a hit with the kids on those days we where watching out for rainstorms. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood like setting with plenty of room but so close to everything. Next year we will be booking 2 weeks!

Great place for families and kids

We had a great stay here and plan to return. The beach access 16 was .3 miles from the home and there’s a nice crosswalk, which we used several times and was safe. The pool was fun for our age range of kids and we had cooler weather so the hot tub was nice. There was one small issue with the pump going out and management sent the pool maintenance man that day and it was fixed same day. We really enjoyed the home and space! Thank you!

Paradise

The house is very welcoming with lots of space. The living area is comfortable, all rooms are spacious & the decor throughout the home is beautiful. The pool was amazing! From the lights to the fountains this pool is incredible. If you are looking for paradise close to the beach this is the house for you. Family vacation with friends

Our stay was amazing. The pool was a big hit for the kids. I really want to come back to this house again next year. You just can’t beat the pool and the close beach and access. It’s private and comfortable. We rented a golf cart and it was a breeze to get around and explore. The house had plenty of dishes and a blender. There was a picture of crock pot on the inside of the cabinet door, but it wasn’t there. We didn’t need it, but we did look for it. Wasn’t a problem though. We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs. I highly recommend this house. Can’t wait to do it again! We will be returning!
