You will enjoy waking up to gorgeous water views as you experience the lovely Florida weather all year around. The community has beautiful landscaping, friendly neighbors and is great for jogging/walking or walking the dog. It also has 24/7 guarded gate & security which constantly monitor the premises. Other community amenities include 2 heated community pools, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and children’s playground.

Newly remodeled, stylish yet comfortable, family home equipped with everything you need for making this vacation your best vacation ever. The open floor plan living room flows out to a large and fully furnished private patio and pool area, enjoy the stunning lake view with plenty of sun at the solar heated salt water pool. There’s enough room for sunning in lounge chairs, or for dining and entertaining under the umbrella seating for 6-8 while watching the sunset. A BBQ grill is provided for your convenience. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern cooking appliance. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, private bath with separate shower and soaking tub. The 2 guest bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and 2 twin sized beds.

Please note:
There is a non-refundable security application fee that is submitted to the community association, for guest access to the Briarwood Community. This is included in fees shown when booking.
If reservation is made less than 20 days prior to arrival, an additional $100 application fee will be required.
If reservation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, an additional $200 application fee will be required.
Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $300 charge required by the Homeowners association.
