A short walking distance to the Riverfront Express Gondola (about 5 minutes; 700 yards) at Beaver Creek Resort, and a short driving distance to the Vail resort (about 15 minutes; 10 miles), Falcon Point is a great place for skiers and snowboarders.
With views of the surrounding mountains, this 58-unit condominium property borders popular Nottingham Lake.
Area restaurants and shops are easily accessible by foot or local transit. Falcon Point offers many amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, laundry facilities, and concierge services.
