Incredible 4 BR home with easy beach access just outside of the Pelican Bay neighborhood in Wild Dunes. Completely renovated with brand new kitchen and all new baths. Professionally decorated with coastal decor and views from the surrounding lagoons. Relax on your large screen porch featuring a Charleston day bed for those lazy summer afternoons. The kitchen is fully stocked, allowing the whole family to enjoy and easily cooked meal at the dining table.

The primary suite is located on the first floor with a King Bed and a large screen TV and access to the open deck overlooking the lagoon. The en suite, primary bath has a large walk in shower with custom tile. Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms each with large screen TVs and queen beds. Guest Suite one has walk in shower. Guest Suite two and three share third bathroom with custom tile walk in shower.

Located in a quiet setting on a cul-de-sac with a short beach walk (five minute walk) and a three minute walk to the pool.

Each home includes free parking, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.

High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service.
