Charming and newly renovated shingles house in the Hamptons. The property is a 5 minute drive to the main beach, a 10 min walk to the Hamlet cafe (great spot for breakfast) and Station Bar in the marina for evening drinks / sunset.
The property has been recently renovated, updated kitchen and new appliances throughout.
The deck at the back has a BBQ, new outdoor furniture and a hot tub.
The basement has a full size sofa and entertainment system, large tv and surround sound for movie nights.
Open working fireplace and high vaulted ceilings for natural light. The office can either be used as a workspace or a bedroom.
The property is ideally located in Hampton Bays located close to all that the Hamptons has to offer and the North Fork.
Parking for 2 cars available.
