This stylish newly renovated home is perfect for a family.

Centrally located in the trendy Harbord Village downtown neighborhood minutes away from University of Toronto, Kensington Market, Little Italy and Chinatown.

While the house sits on a quiet residential street it is minutes away from shops, parks, restaurants and nightlife.

Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen outfitted with brand new appliances and relaxing in the large open-concept living and dining area.

Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom and a large closet. Down the hall are two bright bedrooms with queen size beds and a 4pc bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has a desk that can be set-up for a dedicated workspace.

In the rear mudroom you will find laundry, pantry space and a powder room.

Outside, the backyard garden is a quiet space to escape to. Patio furniture (two coaches) are provided in the warmer months (May - Oct).

Great Monthlong stay

Taylor’s house was a great place for 4 working adults for the month. Location was perfect for public transportation, restaurants, and nightlife. The house was very clean and communication with Taylor was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding

This home is beautiful, warm and bright. It is immaculate with everything you need, a gourmet kitchen and exceptional sleeping accommodations. I slept better here then at home. The neighborhood is charming, bustling with people to and fro throughout the day but quiets down at night. It is truly lovely. You will be close to amenities, cultural dinning and shops. You will be close to business district. All this can be accessed either quickly on foot, a short walk or a short drive. The main arteries nearby are easily navigated by car without traffic issues encountered often in Toronto. I could not have asked for anything better and I did my research. I am so happy I made this choice and you will be too

I was born, raised and educated in the Toronto area. While I am an avid traveller, I call Toronto home. Over the past several years my partner and I have purchased and renovated a few properties in the city as a hobby. We recently completed this project - an oasis in the busy centre of Toronto.

Outside of this home renovation, I work in banking here in Toronto and am an avid traveler.

This home is situated in the fantastic Harbord Village area of Toronto. Restaurants, shopping and transit are all steps away. This neighbourhood is nestled between several of Toronto's best locales - the Annex, King West, Trinity Bellwoods, Little Italy and China Town.
