You will have your reserved parking space, but street parking will be limited. Please do not book this weekend if this will not be okay with you. It is a fun time!
- Guest will be required to sign a Guest Stay Agreement with Copper Key Properties and have a $500 security deposit hold for June-July 2026 stays
- For extended stays of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh cleaning will be arranged and scheduled in advance. This light service includes fresh linens, towels, and a general tidy-up to maintain the comfort and quality our guests enjoy.The listed cleaning fee applies to shorter stays; for longer visits, refresh details and costs will be discussed prior to confirming your reservation.
