Nice stay in Columbia

Great location close to Williams Bryce and campus. Property was a little dated but it was clean and in good condition. Safe neighborhood and easy parking.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay

Excellent value for the price near UofSC. Host was very responsive! Would recommend for a game weekend or other UofSC event! We enjoyed being convenient to graduation.

Perfect for our visit to USC

Home was quite spacious and met the needs of our family of 3. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Home has all amenities needed for a short stay (except couldn't find an iron). Stores, restaurants and USC campus within a few minutes.

Large Unpatched hole in ceiling of living room Paint splatter on steps Shower curtain liner had black stains Towel rod pulled out of the wall in master bedroom Fire alarm was found in the dresser drawer of second bedroom. Not all electrical outlets worked Wi-Fi router in a cardboard box on living room floor

There was a plumbing leak right before this guest checked in that we had to cut a hole in the ceiling to fix, we have since repaired that hole. The other issues have been addressed as well. sorry for the inconvenience..

Communication nightmare/unclean property

My in laws and I stayed together at this property for three nights and four days. Upon arrival we noticed that the property was extremely small compared to the listing photos which made it look spacious when it was not. Secondly, the property had numerous grey and black marks on the walls in the dining room, living room, and kitchen. Lastly the carpet upstairs in the bedrooms was hard and crusty and there appeared to be white paint chips on the floor in the bathrooms. I immediately communicated with the owner and discussed my concerns and told him about how displeased I was and nothing was communicated back to me. So overall 2/10 rating for my family’s and I stay here.

We have since this review gone in and repainted the walls and had the carpets cleaned, the black marks are just normal wear from black dining chairs rubbing on the walls.

Misleading

Won’t make a long post about a property that sits in the middle of the HOOD! Run down apartments sit directly across the street from the property. A inoperable vehicle that clearly had been sitting in the parking lot of the 4-5 row where this townhouse is located. We did not feel safe parking our vehicle in the assigned parking spot. I contacted the owner that offered & we agreed to a refund of but clearly he defaulted on his word. Paint is chipping off the walls, house was very dark, cabinets did not close, toilets sit so low to the floor he must have purchased toddler toilets from a daycare facility. Driving 7 hrs and arriving at the property was very disappointing to say the least. We left and ended up staying at a hotel. If you have no or low standards this property is for you, otherwise do NOT stay at this home!

This is not the hood this is a college student heavily occupied area..there just happened to be a police called across the street in a different complex entirely for a domestic dispute when you showed up, I have never had anyone complain about the height of the toilet before they are not abnormal height, never had anyone say the cabinets wont shut, we will look into these things and see what improvements can be done..
