Great weekend trip to Joshua tree

This VRBO is in a great location for a visit to Joshua Tree/Palm Springs. Both the house and the neighborhood are calm and beautiful.

Nice place. Responsive property manager.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was well appointed and comfortable. Property manager was responsive when the place was not ready for our arrival (had not been cleaned after last rental). Manager offered a dinner out while we waited. All good.

Thanks Paul. Glad we were able to make it right and you were not inconvenienced for more than a couple of hours :) .. our cleaners had a car accident and were not able to make it in on time. When we found out it was already check-in time. Thanks for being so flexible and understanding. We appreciate it very much.

Close to Joshua Tree Park Entrances

The owners were super responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The property was spacious for 2 adults and 3 teenagers to enjoy time together. The proximity to JTNP was amazing, no waiting in line at the 29 Palms entrance. Kitchen was well-stocked, note there is no oven, but there is a microwave and toaster oven. The house was clean and had enough essential supplies like dishwasher pods and toilet paper. View of the mountains out of the front window. Excellent value for the price.

Lovely stay right next to Joshua Tree National Park

This is a beautiful, comfortable house right next to the back entrance to Joshua Tree. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of sleeping space. We loved the little touches like the record player, soft towels, and fire pit. My only feedback for families is that there is a lot of kitsch in this property, which can be challenging for kids who want to touch all the things. The furniture is also older, so some of the chairs and tables are wobbly and need to be delicately handled. The kitchen table is a unique leaf design and part of the stopper is missing so if you aren't careful the leaf will come down with breakfast on it. We luckily caught this before an accident, but it made us adjust where we seated the kids. There's a big back yard with plenty of space for exploring. We would definitely visit again.

Hi Elizabeth, We are so happy that you enjoyed staying at our home and had a nice time. We hope you also enjoyed the Joshua Tree Park and 29 Palms. The little town has a lot to offer like our favorite, the Historical Society Musem. We do love the rustic furniture in the kitchen and will get the details on the chairs and table you mentioned looked at or replaced to make sure it all works as it should. The table leaves on the far sides of the table actually fold down to make the table smaller which we would typically do if we have up to 3 guests staying at the house. We hope to be able to welcome you back soon and wish you safe travels. Barbara and Marc
