Come relax in our beautiful home ! You will feel like you walked into Southern Living Magazine with our warm inviting living area ,with windows all around give you lake views at every turn of your head. A fully stocked Kitchen for cooking fabulous meals every chefs dream.
Dreamy beds for when you're ready to rest each with their own bathroom . If you decide to bring the kids we do have bunk bed accommodations . Outdoors there is a grill a fire pit and of course the lake views.

Waters edge is a gated community located and a clean water lake
Nestled in the heart of the South Cumberland Plateau area near popular destinations like Foster Falls ,The Caverns, Tracy City, Tenn., It is the ideal location for a quiet weekend getaway full of hiking and must-see spots.

Our Home has a large living area ,as well as living and seating on the screened in porch and the lower deck outside a fully stocked kitchen , laundry room 1 bedroom downstairs full bath downstairs , upstairs we have 1 bedroom and full bath with the bunk beds in the hall. The outside offers a grill, fire pit and of course the lake views .

You will need a car when you are staying in our home there are a couple of company's that offer transportation back and forth to the caverns if you are going to a show.

We had a wonderful time at this house by the lake. It was comfortable, clean, and pleasantly furnished. The screened-in porch was very nice, and lake access for our kayaks was easy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely stay in this not-so-tiny house while we were visiting the area for a concert at the Caverns! Host was very responsive, house was beautiful and well-stocked. We felt very well taken care of while we were here with lots of thoughtful extras. The outdoor spaces were amazing and very much enjoyed by the family.

Great Visit

Was a great visit! The only downside was the listing said travel crib but there was not one on the property. The host was great at responding back! Highly recommend this property! We will be back!

Exceptional Stay

What a stunning home, perfect location, and wonderful amenities. Will absolutely be back to explore more of the area, and will definitely be looking to stay here! Wonderful Relaxing Stay

This was our first time at Waters Edge and we were not disappointed. The best spot in the neighborhood! We enjoyed a quiet stay right on the water. Enjoyed the screened in porch, it was so peaceful and beautiful! Very clean and comfortable place to getaway. The neighborhood was perfect for taking daily walks. We did enjoy the fire pit! Great place if your looking for a nice getaway.

Beautiful Lake View

Enjoyed sitting on deck and watching the sunset. Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. We were close enough to Chattanooga to enjoy a day trip, but far enough away to have the peace of the country in the evenings. We ate dinner one night in Monteagle at High Point, definitely worth the drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this charming home on the lake was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-kept the property was. Every detail had been thoughtfully prepared — from the clear, well-organized instructions to the stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare our own meals with ease. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.The owners (or management team) even took the time to check in with us during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed to make our weekend perfect — such a thoughtful touch.The neighborhood was peaceful, the view was absolutely beautiful, and the whole setting created exactly the relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. The nearby little town was a delightful bonus, complete with a fantastic bakery that’s been in operation since the early 1800s — a must-visit!We left feeling refreshed and already know we’ll be back. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming getaway spot.

Relaxing Weekend

We really enjoyed this rental. The location is great! There is plenty of room and still retains the tiny house feel. The kitchen pantry is stocked with coffee and necessary condiments. They have quality appliances. The screened in porch is great! It is clean and well kept. Check-in was easy and flawless. My 6 yr old caught several fish and they had a good selection of board games.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway Close to Nashville with a Lake View

We loved our Waters Edge experience! The house was perfectly appointed, close to our favorite hike Fiery Gizzard and just what we were looking for in a weekend away. In under two hours we were able to be on the mountain overlooking the peaceful lake. There are a couple of new restaurants in Suwanee ,about 15 min away that were fantastic, Both Lumiere and Lunch were delicious options if you do not feel like cooking in. The beds were comfy, the showers were super hot, the kitchen had all the necessities plus nice extra touches. Perfect convenient getaway!

What a Beautiful House!

I loved my stay! Very clean and comfortable. There were a few ants in the kitchen but it didn't bother me much and had been treated by pest control. Location right by the lake was perfect. The whole community was quite lovely and inviting. My little issue was the lack of kitchen knives for cutting fruits and veggies. There were a couple tiny knives and a bread knife, but nothing like a chef's knife. No peeler either. Maybe I just missed it?? I made due but those seem like regular kitchen items that are needed. Other than that, everything was superb. I really enjoyed the screened in porch a lot as well.

Love The Retreat and Teacher's Lounge - Will go back!

First, great community/development on a beautiful lake. We cannot wait to go back to this area again. Great spot to get away from Nashville for my wife and I, and so much wonderful hiking the area. We paddleboarded on multiple days on he lake and loved it. Second, this house has one of the best locations on the lake. Steps from the water, with great views off the back deck. We loved how the space flowed from the inside living area, to the screened in porch, to the deck, to the firepit area, to the water. We used all these spaces are various times and enjoyed them all. The house is in great shape, very clean, decently stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, great layout for how small the space is (doesn't feel small), and all the appliances worked great. The grill could use an upgrade but we still got it to work well enough on two nights and we appreciate that the owner provides the propane. There was also plenty of firewood. We will for sure be back to Teacher's Lounge!

Wonderful Getaway for the family!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect and looks exactly as it does in the pics. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. They even had plenty of cleaning supplies which aren't always supplied at these types of rental homes. We brought a kayak with us, and it was really easy to put in at the house. The neighborhood is quiet and we loved walking around and looking at all the different tiny houses. The neighborhood dock is a beautiful place to sit and relax, and there are lots of fun yard games set up near the playground. My only suggestion for the house would be some sort of window coverings in the living room. The morning sun was intense and hot in there, and there isn't much privacy at night especially with the two new homes being built next door. Other than that, the house was amazing and super comfortable. We can't wait to come back. Thank you!
