Home was as described. Had everything we needed. At first it seemed a bit warm, but we realized most vents were closed. Once we figured that out it was perfect. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect location

Close to I-35 and tons of restaurants. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and it has a park with a playground and walking trail. The house is comfortable with lots of room.

Over and Above Expectations

The property was exactly as described, very clean, and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and it felt like a home away from home. It was fully furnished, not like some bare bones places we have all stayed out. Due to some confusion we locked ourselves out and the owner picked up on the first right and had it solved in just a few minute. Close to a lot of dining and entertainment. You cant go wrong staying here.

Returning guest, great stay

I probably said in the other review that I would stay again and I did return. Great to be close to restaurants and businesses in Round Rock, and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Also, the host is great of course.

Long Weekend in the Austin Area

Nice property, perfect for two couples to get ready for events each evening. Had events in downtown Austin which was only a 30 minute uber ride away.

Great stay!

Definitely recommended, this place was good for our family. The host was super nice which is important for us. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a lot and even baked bread and cookies. There is a playground a few minutes walk, it's a nice and quiet neighborhood, and still close to restaurants and stuff to do in round rock. We would be staying again.

Great stay

The kitchen could use a few more items. Real bare minimum items supplied. We did not cook but only four plates and no muffin pan, etc! The house was very nice!

Comfort of home

Awesome mid century modern home, located near Dell and other major companies in Round Rock. Not to far from Austin. Comforts of home while working out of town, better than staying at hotel for week. Gave the team bonding time.

Excellent

Very nice home with everything that you need for a short or extended stay. Very clean and well organized. We took daily walks around the neighborhood and felt completely safe. The location is close to Dell, nearby shopping, grocery stores (HEB), and great restaurants (we really liked Mi Tia Taqueria just 2 mins away). We also appreciated the espresso maker and used it with delight each morning. I had a few questions for the owner and she was very prompt and professional in answering all of them. Well done.

The property can be excellent with a little more effort put into it. The oven was dirty, the bathroom mirrors dirty. Baseboards dirty. Oven mitt in drawer with food on it. 3-4 bottles of used shampoo, conditioner, body wash in each bath room sitting on the tubs and unsecured windows. Was afraid to leave my puppies alone outside because of openings under the fence. If not for that, excellent yard. Presentation was great but but with an effort, can be excellent.

Round Rock Greenwich

The house is newly & crisply decorated. It was a very comfortable layout. The kitchen worked quite well cooking for the family. Most necessary consumables were supplied, which was handy. Wooden hangers in the closets were a nice touch. Communication with the property manager was quick. Would consider returning.
