Right across the street in the shops at the Cosmopolitan, there's the best egg sandwich in the world at Egg Sl*t. (if you can get passed the name)

Make sure you indulge in a Cirque Show or stop by the Mob Museum and the Neon Lights display of iconic art work. One of my personal favorites is the Peter Lik Gallery of Fine Art. Stop by the Bellagio water show with a sip of champagne. Take a day trip out to the Red Rock Canyon for some hiking and fresh air.
