This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the rec center and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

This new cabin is being offered to the vacation rental market and will surely be a guest pleaser! Luxurious and comfortable, this cabin provides just about everything for just about everybody. Hearthside Hideaway is located in the Coosawatee River Resort, with 99% paved access to the cabin and offers a paved circular driveway for easy coming and going. This area is known for its abundant wildlife, particularly Whitetail Deer. You can enjoy watching them from the beautiful back deck with a lovely woodland view. Chilly afternoon? No problem, turn on the gas fireplace, grab your favorite beverage and enjoy the fresh mountain air, there is plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.

Inside, you will be thrilled to find beautiful and comfortable furnishings, as you would expect in a luxury mountain home. The main floor has an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to create some tasty meals and it has an island that seats four. The living room has a gas fireplace and is a favorite spot to enjoy conversation with family/friends.

There are Smart TV's in just about every room and “Fiber” ensures a seamless streaming experience as well as providing the perfect environment for those that need to do some work while here, whether that be a conference call, Zoom conference, etc. Oh, and if you happen to be driving an EV vehicle, you will be pleased to know this cabin provides an electrical source to keep your vehicle charged and ready to go!

The downstairs Terrace Level provides a great place for those seeking privacy from the rest of the group. Complete with living area and gas fireplace, game area with and a mini kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot, you may never want to leave! You will also find a dining table with chairs for 4 on this level. There is a king bedroom as well as a full bath with walk in shower. You can access the terrace deck on this level where the brand new hot tub sits, just waiting to soak your cares away.

Have you ever wondered why the stars seem so much brighter in North Georgia? Experience them on a clear night, maybe in front of a roaring fire at the fire pit, along with some toasted marshmallows of course!

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig/Drip combo, crockpot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, and a gas grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

15% lodging tax and hotel motel tax of $5 per night added to all reservations

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days. Exception - for reservations that are last minute and are already within a week of arrival. You may need to check your spam folder. If you can't locate the email, please reach out to us.
