A 65in TV with ROKU / surround system in family Living area. FREE HIGH-SPEED WIFI 500mbps. Kitchen fully Equipped + Dining Table. Home Includes Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, & GAS GRILL. Family Gathering

Great Thanksgiving get together with our children! Just family fun and laughter! The place was great and in a good location for us. Very clean and just a beautiful home all together! Would recommend anyone needing a place to stay here!

Nice place

Clean, good neighborhood. Only issue was the couch didn’t fold out into a bed as advertised. It was excellent overall. Would gladly stay again

Great family visit

We enjoyed our stay! We had to visit extended family for a week and some of us drove in from Nashville. Anything we needed, the owner responded right away and was helpful. Comfortable and clean home. Location was convenient to downtown Clarksville. We highly recommend! Thank you!

Holiday Stay

House was perfect. There’s 2 AC units (one upstairs and one downstairs). Master is downstairs with large closet and full bath which was nice because my parents are older, they didn’t have to go up and down the stairs. There’s also a half bath downstairs which was very convenient. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed plus a few nice surprises! Beds were very comfortable and place appeared to be new and of modern style. My only disappointment was the location. Depending on the way “maps” will bring you in, you’re either traveling through a not so great area, or you’re traveling through a really nice area. The house is located in the nicer area but can bring some hesitation when driving at night. We had zero issues and never felt in harms way, and ultimately the house was perfect and we would stay there again!
