Excellent Communication & Comfortable Home

The listing is 100% accurate, the property owners are extremely responsive, and the home is very comfortable.We recently stayed (2) weeks for oil field work and the home met our logistical needs very well.The home has a large kitchen, nice bedrooms, and an adequate bathroom.We liked the proximity to several walking parks with water, and there were multiple restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

Wedding

We were there for a wedding. Super cute house. Water heater broke, but they fixed it quickly and it was no disruption to our coming and going. Minor inconvenience initially and they were very kind. Such great memories.. would stay again

Great for a family

We enjoyed our stay, and it was nice there was a baby gate up at the stairs for our youngest. We were disappointed to find no garbage bags or cleaning supplies as these are normally things we have available to us when renting a home. The floors were not visibly dirty, but we would have cleaned them as from day 1 they made our feet black if walking around the house in bare feet. The spaces themselves seemed clean though, I just wish they had left general things like a swiffer for the floor, all purpose cleaner, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was nice and we were close to everything. We didn’t have to talk to the host at all but entry into the house was easy based on the instructions provided.

Would stay again

The location was very convenient to downtown and a short drive to The Horseshoe Arena. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. The owner was very responsive.

Weekend stay

Property looked decent from outside. Inside we found some food left in the refrigerator and cabinet. Bed sheets left us with an unsure feeling whether or not they were clean. Air conditioning was not able to keep temperature as if the unit was undersized for the house. Thermostat was set at 65 and in the front bedroom temperature was 77. The front bedroom windows only had light shear curtains which allowed for daybreak light to wake you up.The stepdown into second bedroom caught us off guard and fell against the bed. Bathrooms were supplied with 4 bath towels, no hand towels and no wash rags. Keurig Coffee maker was provided and the tray for the coffee pods was empty.

Nice and clean

House was very clean. Very easy to find. The a/c worked very well as it reacheD 95 the weekend we stayed! We bought our dogs and the backyard was fenced and good area!
