Hope's Crest · Beautiful Home with Lake/Marina Access and Firepit

Come relax at this quiet and beautiful getaway. Holiday Landing Marina and Bluegill Grill is only a small golf cart ride away where you can enjoy boat rentals, live music, and smalltown charm. The house is nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood with woods in the backyard. Sit around the fire or enjoy the outdoor sitting area with family and friends. (Golf cart access included with stay March-November)

Golf Cart Path is closed December-Frebruary
Marina is open year around for gas and snacks. The restaurant is open May 1-Labor Day

Just minutes from local attractions like Jack Daniel`s Distillery, Tim`s Ford State Park, & the scenic Elk River.

The Reserve at Holiday Landing is an amazing golf cart neighborhood right next to the lake with direct access to the marina. This home is well taken care of and great for families. Parties are not recommended.

You will get around the neighborhood with our complimentary golf cart. Golf cart path to marina is closed November-Mid March
There are only four vehicles allowed to be parked at the residence.
25 yrs of age to book the property
Any person driving the golf cart must have a valid driver`s license.
No parking on the road
Neighborhood speed limit is 15mph.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am

This lovely home is located near the Tim’s Ford Lake and backing to a beautiful wooded area. It is very clean and beautifully decorated with a spacious, open layout on main level and a second level. Our family found it very inviting and comfortable. The golf cart and outdoor deck with fireplace were a bonus. I recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay in the Tim’s Ford Lake area!

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful Hope Crest. The cottage was supplied with everything we needed. It was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace on the back porch on a chilly night.The golf cart was a plus for enjoying the neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and kept in touch to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend it!

Cozy House By the Lake

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay here, the neighborhood was quiet and cozy. There were lots of amenities such as the fire pits and fireplace on the back porch that we really enjoyed. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful weekend stay! Very convenient location and the property is beautiful. If you’re planning on cooking, just be advised, you may need to pack the essentials but other than that, no complaints!

Great Winter Get Away

Work trip that turned into a winter get away with my wife. Property is amazing, hoping to coordinate a summer stay with multiple families. Everything as advertised. Excellent restaurants within 30 min easy drive. Will book again.

Great house near Tims Ford Lake!

We were there for work so didn't get to enjoy all the amenities. But the place was super clean and very nice. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home in The Reserve

Lovely home that had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. LOVED the huge tv in the living room. Felt like we were in a theater! Home was decorated beautifully. The golf cart provided made it easy to access our boat. Derrick was attentive to any questions we had. Will stay here again!
