Casa de Paz is a slice of heaven in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains! This light-filled home is serene and spacious with a cozy vibe and beautiful views of the mountains.
The pool and large garden are wonderful places to relax and experience the unique plants and animals of the Sonoran Desert.
Close to world-class hiking and birding, including Sabino Canyon, and the culture of the city - 15 min to UofA.
Come enjoy spectacular sunsets and mountain views!
The space
Casa de Paz is a peaceful place to pause, breathe and rejuvenate. Our home is ideal for families and friends coming to explore the Sonoran Desert, business travelers wanting a quiet place to work or rest at the end the day, a special romantic getaway with your sweetheart, and those just needing to slow down and enjoy some rest, relaxation and floating in the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Complimentary coffee and tea provided!

Enjoy magnificent views while sitting on brand new outdoor furniture or drinking your morning coffee on a chaise lounge.

We have a large pollinator garden, so you may see many birds (like owls, quail, hummingbirds, road runners, and hawks), butterflies, and bees enjoying life.

This property does have an attached casita that is separate and distinct from your home. If booked simultaneously, guests staying there do not have access to the pool and will keep to themselves. With over an acre of land, there’s plenty of room!

Great spot to enjoy Tucson

Beautiful place with everything we wanted…and some bonus wildlife. First ever Gila monster sighting near the pool! Definitely would return.

Great place

We were a group of six. 4 adults. Two kids, 28 months and three months. Very comfortable stay. Thank you for the toys and books. And, for providing a very clean pack and play. Plenty of towels, coffee.We would’ve loved to heated pool, but other than that, it was great.

Perfect Desert Retreat — Peaceful, Beautiful, and Unforgettable! We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning home in the hills of Tucson! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the panoramic desert and mountain views truly breathtaking in every direction. The setting was peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to great restaurants, hiking trails, and downtown Tucson.The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area sparkling clean, surrounded by desert plants and birds, and positioned perfectly for enjoying both sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, listening to the quiet and soaking up the views.Our hosts were wonderful, friendly, responsive, and clearly take great pride in this home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable bedrooms to the open kitchen and common areas.If you’re looking for a peaceful desert escape with a touch of luxury, this is the place. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return!

We did a girls staycation. The location was fantastic. The house was awesome perfect for us to swim get some some very much utilize the talk board played Pictionary for hours great place would recommend.

One day rental

The property is very nice, in a beautiful neighborhood with dramatic mountain views from the patio, and not far from shopping and dining. We stayed here just one night after returning from Bisbee and were very happy with the property.

Enjoyable home

House served as our home base for our trip to Tucson. We spent our last day lounging around the pool, playing board games, watching football and making a big dinner. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Nice place

The marquee picture and number one amenity is the pool. Nothing in the description says that it doesn't have the capacity to be heated. This needs to be pointed out to your potential guests. Queen bed as hard as a rock otherwise the place is just great. Communication and location are good.

Relaxation

We headed to Tucson for some Canyoneering, hiking and relaxing in the warm sun. This house served as a perfect home base. Everything was clean and well stocked. It was spacious and well laid out! We would have loved to use the pool more but the weather didn’t cooperate.

Tucson getaway

The property was in a great location—the neighborhood was quiet with homes on large lots. Everything we needed was provided in the home, including coffee and tea. I’m a tea drinker and when owners remember that everyone is a coffee drinker, it shows they are considerate of others. We’d recommend this home. The property owners/managers were fantastic.

Lovely House

Beautiful home, comfortable & nicely furnished, lots of extra blankets, relaxing pool & backyard. Very quiet, clean, easy access, excellent lighting, nice selection of books & games. Two small items to address: repair shower control in hall bath & need longer shower curtain in master shower. We highly recommend and would be very happy to return to this home again.
