Located just minutes from Holiday Valley, the house is designed with multiple living areas, flexible sleeping arrangements, and plenty of entertainment options for both kids and adults.

Step inside through the mudroom, where lockers, ski and snowboard racks, and hooks make it easy to keep gear organized. As you enter, the game room is immediately to your left, featuring a 65” Roku Smart TV, a sectional couch, and plenty of space for kids or extra guests to hang out. Off the game room, you'll find a half bath, an extra sink, a laundry area, and an additional fridge, providing extra convenience for larger groups.

Continuing to the right from the mudroom, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, main living room, and sitting area. Walking through the dining room, the spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. A Smart TV in the kitchen allows you to catch up on shows, watch the game, or follow along with a recipe while cooking. The only restricted areas are a locked owner’s closet and a shed, which are not accessible to guests. Otherwise, the entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay!
