This house checks all the boxes, and then some!! Location, golf, amenities, and the best part the staff. Idalisa , could be a Michelin star chef, and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner each and every day. Can't wait to go back with the entire family.

Five star vacation!!

The pictures don't do this place justice!! Our stay was amazing. The food from Idalissa was out of this world (cancel all of your dinner reservations elsewhere). The housekeeping was incredible; she did our laundry everyday. Julissa was excellent at setting up everything we needed and her communication with everything was so easy. Five stars for the staff and the accommodations. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous

Amazing villa with stunning views that the photo's can't possibly capture. The staff made us feel welcome the minute we arrived. Ciprian and Charo were just wonderful, warm and charming. We truly felt we dropped into paradise and spent a week enjoying every minute of it. I spent alot of time looking for the perfect location for my adult family (7 total) to enjoy being together to celebrate some important milestones in our lives. Kim, the property manager, made this a carefree vacation and fabulous family celebration, from the very first interaction via the VRBO/HomeAway site to the farewell, Kim was awesome. Can't imagine any other way to travel. The property and amenities have been described in previous post and I can only add that you wanted for nothing! Imagine an open air tropical luxury villa in paradise with absolutely every convenience you could need!! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Villa Caleton Exceeds Expectations!

My wife and I celebrated her 50th birthday with three other couples. Villa Caleton was better than described - beautifully appointed, clean and well maintained. It's location is perfect too - ocean front, on the Punta Espada golf course and next door to the lovely Caleton Beach Club (access included in the rental fee). Each couple loved their own private bedroom / bath and the common areas of the home were perfect for socializing together. The staff was also amazing and met every need effortlessly. The meals prepared by the chef were first class and we enjoyed every dinner outside by the pool while watching the ocean and the sunset. In preparation for the trip, Kim answered every question quickly and provided many insightful tips to make the experience even better. The guys played two rounds on Punta Espada which is an amazing golf course - beautiful layout and perfectly manicured. Although this was an adult trip, Villa Caleton would be ideal for families with children too. I can't wait to book another visit - Villa Caleton is a special place!

Exceeded our expectations!

The pictures do not do this place justice! From start to finish, everything about our stay was spectacular. Correspondence with our host was easy. Our concierge, Julissa, made planning everything from groceries to transportation to excursions a breeze. The place was immaculate and the views absolutely spectacular! The 2 minute walk to the beach club was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe and landscaping beautifully maintained. We particularly enjoyed getting to meet our property manager, Kim, who shared some fun history with us after breakfast one morning. What a great personal touch that was! And our highlight had to be our experience with our personal chef, Idalisa. She felt like part of our family by the end of the week. Besides being an amazing chef, her attention to detail was outstanding. I have a gluten allergy and she made sure that I had options for every meal which made a huge difference for me. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay and would love to make this trip again!

Idyllic Oceanfront Villa in Cap Cana

The Villa is ideally positioned with breathtaking ocean and sunrise views. The four bedrooms, common areas, kitchen, pool, and outdoor seating areas are all thoughtfully designed for both comfort and to maximize the time spent relaxing with your travelling party. The Villa has fun games, good wifi, and all the necessary entertainment gear to keep your guests happy while onsite. And should you want to enjoy one of the island's best beaches, the Villa includes golf carts, boogie boards, and beach toys for use at the neighboring Eden Roc Beach Club. There is so much to see and do in the area, but we found ourselves wanting to spend as much time as possible at the Villa or the beach at the Eden Roc.Kim, Julissa, and Idalissa take excellent care of you by coordinating your needs before your arrival and ensuring that you are cared for throughout your stay. Should you wish to take advantage of home cooked meals in the Villa (and why not given the lovely setting), Julissa will coordinate your meal needs and Idalissa will prepare delicious meals for you and your guests. We cannot recommend this lovely Villa highly enough. It is authentic, luxurious, and a simply gorgeous place to call home while relaxing in Cap Cana.

Amazing!!

We just returned from a fantastic stay at this Caleton Villa. We were a group of 8 adults and 3 young kids/babies. The villa is gorgeous - the pictures do not do it justice. You can see the ocean as soon as you open the door to the villa and it is breathtaking. The open air common space was great and though we were fearful of mosquitoes, it was really not a big issue. The rooms are all spacious with en suite bathrooms. We had lunches outdoors and even had a masseuse come to the villa for outdoor massages. Truly amazing. The staff is incredible - I really can't say enough positive things about them. The property manager Kim was extremely helpful - he really went above and beyond to make things perfect. Ciprian the chef, cooked the most delicious food and Charo, the housekeeper was hard at work each day ensuring that the place was spotless. The beach club was a short 5 minute walk from the villa. We had golf carts too in case we didn't feel like walking. We were sad to leave and hope one day we can return. A perfect Caribbean vacation!!

Could not have been better. Spectacular vacation!

This is an absolutely beautiful property that was only outshined for us by the service we received from the property manager, Kim, the jack of all trades coordinator, Julissa, and the awesome chef and caretaker Idilisa and her son Damien. Our group was made up of four adults and 3 boys under 10 years old and this venue offered every amenity we could have imagined. One of the highlights of the trip was sunrise and coffee in the morning overlooking the 180 degree ocean view and the stunning Punta Espada golf course. Our kids really enjoyed the nearby beach at Eden Roc and the trip to the Scape Park was the highlight of their trip- they loved the zip-lining and jumping in the blue hole. We got a lot of use out of the golf carts, visiting other parts of Cap Cana. The golf cart trip and dinner at the Farm Restaurant at Los Establos we really enjoyable. By far the best meals of the trip were prepared by Idilisa and Damien. The food was absolutely perfect and the service was like nothing we'd ever experienced before. Idilisa especially went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and Julissa was extremely responsive whenver we had a question or request. Very highly recommend this property and this vacation for a family like ours. We had a blast and we will be back!

Wasn't sure about this place....and after booking can't wait to come back!!!

Let's talk about this place! The Villa: Bedrooms were large, beds were comfy, bathrooms modern, clean and nice. The real place to spend time is outside of those rooms.....everything is opened to breeze and we've never felt more relaxed and at ease. Kitchen, family rooms, dinning rooms were all covered and perfectly climate controlled with thatch roof and sea breeze ... Just awesome. Pool, hot tub, outside area...perfect. The View: Pictures look photoshopped, don't they? The reality is, they dont do this place justice. When we first walked in we just couldn't believe a place this beautiful exists...we couldn't believe it was the backyard for this villa ...and we couldn't believe we got to stay here for about a week. It was truly paradise. Beach Club: it's a four minute walk or a three minute golf cart ride ... and absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space, gorgeous sand, incredible water and wonderful staff...first rate. DR/Capa Cana/SUJ: Never been to this part of the island before. It was great. Not too busy, super kind people, everything was very nice. The staff: Julissa and Kim with property management handled every question before we arrived and treated us like royalty. Ydilissa {spelling?} lives in a guest suite connected to the main house. She was brilliant and a delightful person. She keeps the house unbelievably clean. She offers to make meals, too, and I highly recommend it. Whatever she prepared was delicious, the presentation was world class, and it was served with genuine love and grace. And, candidly, we were concerned having someone living onsite .... it was a concern we didnt need to have. She had the ability to be there when you needed anything...and desired to give us total privacy as a family, too. We ended up loving her. The owner of the Villa: For privacy purposes, I'll just refer to him as T, he is only in town 20% of the time or so, but we happened to be there at the same time. He stayed a few villas away, but we are so glad he was there! T was generous, fun-loving, spirited and made the entire vacation even more remarkable and unforgettable. We became friends and look forward to staying connected. He became like family. Kids called him Uncle T! Lovely guy. Bottom line: Book this place. Thank me later. [just dont take a week we want, because we WILL be coming back!]

Excellent stay at Caleton Villa 11

We had a great family vacation at Caleton Villa 11. The villa was very spacious, with four separate bedrooms each with en-suite baths. The cook and helper were wonderful (great home cooked meals each day). We used the beach club extensively, and played golf at Espada, down the way. Everything was first class. Kim and Juillisa great to deal with and super responsive. I would recommend for a low-stress, high quality family get-away.

We had a wonderful stay at Calleton 11. Honestly, it lived up to its description and more. Kim, the prop mngr, was excellent to communicate with prior to arrival and took care of us while at the villa. The staff was a highlight providing good meals and delicious drinks. Cap Cana is relaxed and has a really good golf course and easy access to tennis. If you want a laid back vacation with open air living this is a good option.

Fabulous stay at Caleton Villa 11

This property is amazing! We rented over a long weekend in January 2020 and took four couples. The pictures and descriptions on website are spot on. The property manager was wonderful to work with. Answered all of our questions before the trip in a timely and thorough way and was responsive throughout our stay. He met us at the house upon check in and showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. The chef and housekeeper were a pleasure also. Ciprian worked with us to plan our meals and made accomodations for the types of food we wanted as well as timing of meals. Fabulous coffee and breakfast every morning, snacks throughout the day upon request and wonderful gourmet meals every night. House was kept clean and beautiful throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub are great and the views are breathtaking. All open air common areas with breeze coming off the ocean constantly. Furniture is very tasteful and comfortable with lots of areas for visiting and hanging out as a group. Nice sound system with Bluetooth also to play music of choice. All four bedroom are gorgeous and well stocked and air conditioned for comfortable sleep at night. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The house sits on the amazing Punta Espada golf course and the beautiful Carribean sea so everywhere you look there are amazing views. We have done alot of traveling all over the U.S., Europe and many places in the Carribean and Mexico. Caleton Villa 11 is now at the top of our list.

Luxurious Tropical Villa with Resort Amenities

The villa is even better than the pictures. Located right by the ocean for the views, as well as so convenient to the beach club and golf course. All the bedrooms are ensuite and spacious. The entire area was generally uncrowded as well. We thoroughly enjoyed Caleton Villa 11 with its wonderful staff and had a vacation getaway that was the best of both worlds - private staffed villa with resort amenities. We have young children and this villa would be wonderful both for families and just adults who are looking to relax at the beach, pools and golf course. Go!

Spectacular Vacation Home

The Cap Canna home Caleton Villa #11 (VRBO #323942) in the Punta Cana area of the Dominican Republic, was perfect for our group. The VRBO pictures do not do justice to the serene beauty and comfort of this home! The management and staff were wonderful and made our four-couple stay a treat from start to finish. Our chef, Ciprien, was superb which added to the overall enjoyment of our week. Our housekeeper, Eda, was very attentive and kept everything in order. There were more than enough spaces inside and out of the house for games, snuggling into a comfortable chair or outdoor bed for reading that favorite book, and comfortable lounging at the pool and spa, all with views that will bring a smile to your face every sunrise and sunset. All four bedrooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The house was in a convenient location ~ within walking distance to a 5-star beach club with restaurants and beach-side cabanas for that afternoon suntan or specialty drinks, and great golf is just a short walk/golf cart ride from the house. The property was beautifully landscaped. Would we revisit this house ~ without hesitation!!
