Modern townhouse by Moab+Arches

Welcome to our little oasis in a desert. Surround yourself with style in this modern townhouse.
Our townhouse has two Master Bedrooms, each with ensuite baths. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have a king-size bed. One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower. The other one has a shower/tub combo.
The ground level has a kitchen, dining area, living area, powder room, and two patios. The back patio has our own hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Amenities of Rim Vistas condos include a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment. The community pool and hot tub are seasonal/weather-permitting facilities and are closed in the off-season.

We have two assigned parking spots right in front of our Townhome. There also is ample on-street parking for additional trailers and jeeps. First come first serve.

Our townhouse is located only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park. Dead Horse Point State Park is only 39 miles west. This prime location places you within minutes of some of the world’s best scenic drives, National Parks, mountain biking, hiking, ATV trails, kayaking, rafting, and rock climbing.

We did put lots of love into decorating this oasis in a desert. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Disclosures:
The shared hot tub and pool are open seasonally. The shared hot tub is usually closed in January and February. The shared pool is usually closed mid-October-Easter weekend. Closing days are approximate.
The house has outdoor security cameras for both patios/entrances and in the mechanical room.
There is construction across the road. There is a highway nearby. You might hear highway and construction noise.
Fine red sand is in the area. It can get in via door and window seals. It can make its way into the hot tub.

Great access to National Parks!

This condo is just the right size for two couples and is in the best spot to see all the attractions of the Moab area. Everything we needed was there and the hot tub was such a great way to end the day.

Wonderful

We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend, it was wonderful. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with incredibly comfortable beds. The hot tub was so fun for the kids. It was a great place!

Great place to stay for visiting arches and canyonlands

The place is great! Very large, spacious, and comfortable beds. The hosts have thought of every little thing you might need from home and provided it there. If I ever go back to Moab, UT I will be sure to stay there.

Great Stay!

My fiancé and I had a great time staying at this rental. The place was clean and had plenty of amenities and supplies. A perfect location just 10 minutes outside of Moab. Peter was a fantastic host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and very comfortable

Townhouse is 5 miles south of Moab. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. We visited Arches and Canyonlands….and the house was a home away from home!

Beautiful, Clean and comfortable

The location is a little outside of Moab but not too far from downtown which was nice so you can really see the moon and stars at night. The rooms were spacious, comfortable beds, clean kitchen, and beautiful view to drink your coffee in the morning from the back patio. Peter was quick to reply with questions. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Stay in Moab

The condo was everything promised. Communication was excellent--I had some questions that were answered quickly. The condo was clean and decorated attractively and appropriately for the area. Beds were comfortable, home well stocked. I highly recommend staying here, if you don't mind a short drive into Moab. You get a nicer place for the price.

Adventure Wonderland

Celebrated my sons 13th Birthday here. A Fantastic Place to stay. Location is perfect. Very neat and clean. Hosts are very informative. We all had the best time exploring here. Moab is a Beautiful Adventure Wonderland. I love this place and hope to come back again sooner than later so we can explore more. Never enough time here. Thank you both so very much!!

Amazing accommodations!

Wow Wow Wow! The condo was exactly as pictured. The amenities were amazing - private hot tub on the patio was unexpected. Condo was beautifully appointed with full size amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms and the kitchen was stocked with everything anyone could ever want. Very well thought out and very comfortable and cozy. With four mature adults we enjoyed having two “master suites.” Would highly recommend- hosts were great to work with - thanks for a memorable vacation!

Enjoyable Moab property

My wife and i went to Moab with our neighbors (husband and wife) to hike at Arches and Canyonlands. The condo is a few miles south of downtown Moab in a quiet and what appeared to be a safe neighborhood. Very clean and a had all of the kitchen utensils we needed. And they were in good condition. The check out process was the easiest weve ever had as was the check in. TV had access to all stresming services plus internet channels. Wifi works good enough which is imporrtant since cell service was spotty (Tmobile and Verizon). Overall no complaints and a great property for a very reasonable price especially when comparing it to others.

Just as described!

The condo is south of town in a newer developed area, so is pretty stark when you drive up (they all look the same & no greenery). When you enter the condo, it is full of color & personality of the Moab surroundings. Nice kitchen with plenty of nicer plates, cups (lots!), flatware, & glasses for every drink you could want, along with pots & pans & some appliances. Also some basic spices & items to share in cabinet & fridge. Patio was comfortable; BBQ worked great. There is a road along the patio out back & the highway is close but we were there for the Easter Jeep Safari so expected some road noise.The bedrooms were very nicely furnished, with their own ensuite. King beds were very comfortable & rooms were quiet and dark at night.This was a trip for two couples for five nights & the condo worked out perfectly for us!
