A modern kitchen with a central marble island offers state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher and double sink for comfortable holiday living. A six-seater dining table has extraordinary sea views, and a beautifully furnished lounge area has plush furnishings and a SMART television.
Commanding breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, the master bedroom is decorated in creamy tones. The master has a king-sized bed, a walk-in dressing area with ample cupboard space, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a beautiful bathtub and walk-in shower. This bedroom opens onto a private balcony that overlooks the sea and the four beaches of Clifton below.
Sleek, contemporary-chic décor continues in the second bedroom which has a queen-size bed, beautiful ocean views, and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The apartment is situated in a highly secure complex on Victoria Road with dedicated off-street parking. The spectacular beaches of Clifton are a short stroll away and the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain are within a 10-minute drive.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: The property manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by SUPERHOG. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that SUPERHOG is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a large physical damages deposit prior to arrival. An upfront small payment towards your damage deposit/Waiver will be requested to complete your verification process.
