Beautiful FOUR-Bedroom townhouse close to Disney!

This townhouse is perfect for up to eight guests, located in one of the closest resorts from Walt Disney World and just 30 minutes from Universal Studios! The lavish and extravagant Lucaya Village Resort is a gated community with all the amenities you need to relax, including a magnificent clubhouse and resort style pool and hot tub!
The space
This amazing townhouse has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is perfect to accommodate up to 10 guests. While every bedroom has a flat-screen, high-definition television, the master bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom has the largest. There is also a walk-in closet for extra convenience for those who take the main floor bedroom. The second floor has the three remaining bedrooms each with a different theme. There is a larger room with a king-sized bed for our adult guests, a Mickey Mouse themed room with two twin beds and a room with an additional two full beds. The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area. The house has also laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels.

- Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

This property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.
