Gulf Shores, Alabama is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great location, place was clean, love the two bathrooms, place was right on gulf and room had a great view.

Beach front condo

Condo was clean , beautiful view of gulf waters. Dolphin sightings every morning. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Loved the area and location of Royal Palms condominiums. The beach is so clean , pristine. We will be back.

Beach Vacation

Overall very good, looks just like the picture. Make sure you have all the codes (we only had the room keypad code). There is a gate code and also a code for the pool. It was a lot of noise on the beach due to a condo being built right next door, but quite in the condo. I would stay there again.

Exactly what I needed

Exactly what I expected! Clean, spacious and comfortable bedding, perfect for me to reset and recharge my “battery”. However, there is construction on a new condo being built next to Royal Palms that put a slight damper on my rest & relaxation

It wasn’t bad

Overall it was nice. The view was stunning. It was so peaceful that we literally took an evening nap on the patio while listening to the waves. However, the condo unit could use an upgrade. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but you can tell that most of the furniture and carpet was old because it held this “musty” smell to it. It kind of smelled like a motel, with like a smoke smell mixed with old furniture. Although we could tell that it had been cleaned, it didn’t smell fresh. There are also stains in most of the furniture like the kitchen chairs, and the outdoor furniture. It isn’t as spacious as the pictures show, its much smaller and cramped, but it was just my boyfriend and I, so we didn’t need much room. I would rethink if you are bringing along kids though, because there’s not much space for moving around. It was further down the strip away from all of the stores and shops, but we didn’t mind. We wanted a little spur of the moment weekend getaway, so it got the job done. I would for sure recommend for someone traveling alone, or just one couple going for a weekend, but not for multiple people for longer than 2 or 3 days.

Disappointed!

Loved the location of the condo, but disappointed with the condo itself. The unit was not well kept up. We had a problem with roaches. Let them know and the first time just sent the maintenance man with a can of spray that did nothing. The second time I complained they sent an exterminator and he said let him know if that didn’t not get rid of them and have the manager call him back. The third time I called they sent him back and then we had no problem. The mattress was terrible. I slept in a hole the whole time. The furniture smelled terrible and had to put dryer sheets under the cushions. The neighbors next door smoked on the balcony every 30 minutes and could not sit out there without smelling cigarettes or weed.The curtains were nasty. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The balcony door did not lock.Just needed some up keep. Will not rent that unit again!
