Since we also do have a cleaning fee, we have a no-stress check-out procedure. That means as long as the home isn't left in poor condition, you can enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning before you leave!

Pets are welcome! A fee of $48 per pet applies to your stay. Please let us know if you're bringing any furry friends!

We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we're proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn't follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it's time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!

Your reservation fee card statement will not show VRBO but angiesstays a.k.a. us. The only fee that is charged by VRBO is the VRBO service fee. The reservation fee is charged directly by us.

Locals booking our properties will receive a phone call prior to check-in for additional verification on their reservation. We do not accept Google Voice or Service Phone Numbers and we are authorized to cancel the booking if confirmed.
