Relax in this cosy ground-floor one-bedroom apartment located in Jumeirah Village Circle. The spacious apartment is fitted with wooden floors, and comfortable furnishings and is perfect for a couple. Enjoy the landscaped gardens and nearby restaurants in this peaceful, family-oriented community. The Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai are both 20 minutes away by car, where guests can experience the buzz of Dubai with its many tourist attractions, beaches and malls.
Spaciously laid out with newly fitted wooden floors, comfortably furnished, and designed with couples in mind. Vacationer welcomes you to stay in this one-bedroom apartment with all the amenities to add extra comfort and convenience to your stay including high-speed WiFi throughout with average speeds of 250mbps and a pool view.
Consisting of a semi-closed kitchen, spacious shared living and dining area, guest bathroom, and master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom.
In the living area, there is a comfy sofa that can seat up to three guests, an ottoman, and smart TV. The dining table can seat four guests and there is also two high stools to sit at the kitchen bay window. Guests can also relax on the furnished balcony admiring the views of the pool and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary essentials and appliances including a toaster, kettle, and microwave. The washing machine can also be found in the kitchen.
The master bedroom is spacious, with one king-size bed accommodating a maximum of two people, doors opening onto the balcony, a small dresser, and a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. All essential amenities are provided including hotel-grade linens and fluffy high-quality towels.
The building features a pool, gym, and a parking spot. There are nearby shops within walking distance to the building as well as landscaped gardens and a few restaurants close by.
