Really neat house/ neighborhood. Juan was a super responsive host and actually suggested a few great spots that were very close by. House has everything you need. Would definitely stay again - Highly recommend!!

Superb!

House was spotless and adorable! The rooms were spacious and furnished nicely. If we come back to Nashville will definitely check availability of this house! The absolute only thing that I can say bad is that the listing said hot tub and didn't have one. I highly recommend this house!!!

House was spacious and well layed out. Master bed was TERRIBLE (too soft, sagging mattress where you rolled to the middle). Home was clean on the surface, but needs a dee clean.

Good stay for a long weekend

The property was as advertised with an easy check-in/check out process and all supplies were provided as mentioned in listing. We did notice there was a lack of attention to cleaning and sanitization between stays which I raised to the host. He asked for photos to address these issues with the cleaning crew but didn't provide a mechanism to send photos. We found that the bathroom floors were covered in clumps of hair as well as the shower walls and even on bed linen/pillows, half empty juice cup left on kitchen counter and trach can not emptied. The home has ample space, nice yard, walking distance to restaurants so I would recommend it but the cleaning staff needs to do a better job in between stays.

They conducted a detailed post-cleaning walkthrough with photos and timestamps, and no beverages or cleaning issues were documented. Our cleaning crew follows a comprehensive 47-point checklist and has maintained a 4.9-star average across all platforms. We’ve also reviewed our check-in procedures and property condition reports. The issues you’ve described don’t align with our documentation or the condition verified by our cleaning team immediately prior to your arrival. While we always strive for perfection, we’re confident in our property standards and cleaning protocols. Hi, my name is Juan Marino. I grew up in Baranquilla, Colombia where I lived until moving to the United States to play D1 college tennis at the University of Arkansas. During college, I chose to get my degree in industrial engineering which led to an internship with FedEx. After graduation, I was recruited to Memphis, TN to work for FedEx Freight as a field engineer. After a few years with that career, I dedicated my time to teaching myself coding and am now a web developer for FedEx freight. I also worked as a real estate agent in the Memphis area for a few years where I was able to help many amazing clients find their perfect home as well as find my own dream home. While in Memphis, I was lucky enough to meet my amazing girlfriend and brought our baby doggo, Miga, home. We lived in this cozy house for over two years before deciding to move to Chicago, Illinois for my girlfriend's dream job. We can't wait to share our lovely home with you! We have loved Memphis so much and hope you will too!

We fell in love with this home due to it's perfect location and neighborhood. We are walking distance to some of our favorite bars and shops as well as the Liberty Bowl stadium and Greenline walkway. Another of our favorites- the best year round Saturday farmer's market is only 2 minutes walk away! All of our neighbors have been so welcoming, and our street is always well kept and quiet. The home was also updated by the previous owners to include all new appliances, fresh paint, and a fully renovated guest bath! This spacious home with large fenced in backyard is great for families and couples alike!
