Fully furnished house in historic district within walking distance of downtown. Updated kitchen and bathroom with new tile, all new kitchen goods and stainless steel appliances, comfy memory foam beds. Hardwood floors, vintage decor, washer and dryer and new Hvac. Fiber internet and 3 new smart TVs. Fenced triple lot with storage/workroom and greenhouse. Close to the I-4 and the Strawberry festival.

My background is in fashion and gift industry. I have been on both the retail and wholesale side and have had multiple retail stores and had my own line for fifteen years. I have moved back to my home town of Atlanta and have taken over my moms store here and am in the process of opening a retail and coffee shop combo with my girlfriend.

I have used my background and a lifetime around antiques to furnish and decorate the property. I hope you will love the results. It is eclectic but very comfortable as well.
