This beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath is located on a quiet, dead end street just minutes from Uptown Charlotte. My goal is to provide a luxurious, safe and highly enjoyable experience for all of my guests.

This is your home away from home, completely stocked with everything you may need! This one story home offers Living/Dining/Kitchen open floor plan with two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. Enjoy time with family & friends with the 65” Smart TV, electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, expansive eat-in kitchen island, 3cm quartz countertops, marble tile backsplash, spacious pantry, stainless-steel appliances. There is off-street parking for three vehicles. Streaming services available with 500mbs Wi-Fi speed. Garbage goes out on Thursday evenings for pickup on Fridays. Home is located only 6 minutes from Uptown, 8 minutes from the Bank of America Stadium, 14 minutes from the airport and under 10 minutes from all other surrounding neighborhoods.

Other things to note
Home is perfect for large groups but NO parties are allowed. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME. If there is evidence of smoking inside, you will receive a fee. Parking ONLY in the driveway. If you are found to be parking in the yard, you will receive a fee. There is a waterline running through the yard and cannot be driven on. There will be a fee of $40 for extra guests without prior approval. No pets without prior approval. I look forward to hosting you!
