This whole house booking is a combination of three individual units: Peaceful Oasis, KC Made & Farm Charm.
3 king, 7 queen, 2 twin, 2 cribs, 3 pack n plays. BEDS for 22 adults. However, there are 3 couches which could be sleep on as well as 4 air mattresses if needed.

A truly grand house with spaciousness which is hard to convey. Its peaceful surroundings only enhance the warm, family-friendly atmosphere & fabulous amenities. Seeking a gorgeous getaway, one could hardly want for more!

While outside beckons with an acre of lawn or woods, your choice and the two separate, fully decked decks, the inside will engulf you instantly in its warm wooded embrace.
Fancy a warm soak in a jetted tub? A cup of cocoa by the wood burning fireplace? How about displaying your prowess in the dual dishwasher, dual oven, under island ice machine, instant hot water spicket kitchen, complete with walk-in pantry. Not into a vacation so much? Have your privacy in the office while the children find their special play area & kid cave. How about serving drinks downstairs in the full kitchen, eat at bar while you watch winners take losers over a game of cards. Tired of chilling & eating.......grab a workout in the gym! Then, melt away in the jacuzzi.

The house is big and very accommodating to large groups. We loved that everyone had their own bedroom and really own bathroom, even if it was not attached. The kitchen was stocked with enough to feed our group of 15. The double dishwasher was a bonus. Communication and check-in was one area that was an issue. I had to ask more than one time for the code to get in the house. We were on our way to check in at 4 and still did not have a code. The other negative was the upstairs laundry room. The washer had dirty wet dish towels, which I had to run so we could have drying towels in the kitchen. The sink had too black, disgusting looking objects laying that had to be removed and the trash can and recycle bin was full of stuff. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a large group. The small issues did not ruin our experience, but I was not expecting that upon arrival. I would also recommend the owner have dish rags available for dishes that need hand washed.

Christmas gathering

After the loss of our Mom, we wanted to find a place to all get together for Christmas. The home was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was easy and she was quick to respond. We had an amazing time!

After Christmas Getaway

We had an abbreviated stay due to weather moving in but once again had a very good time. The house accommodates family with all the bedrooms and places to hang out. Excellent location for those of coming from out of town. Hope to come back again and not get chased out by a blizzard.

Everything was great. Parking was abundant and safe. Kitchen facilities were wonderful for all the family.The only startling aspect was a coyote, running through the back with a freshly killed chicken in his mouth! He must have a den beneath the rock ledges at the end of the water. We sae him several times. He did not bother us.

Gigantic and Gorgeous

This was the roomiest house we've ever stayed in as an extended family. There was a bedroom and a bathroom for each family unit. It was beautiful and cozy and convenient to all our events! Our host was very helpful and responsive!

Beautiful home and it was perfect for our family. Each family had their own room. We had an issue upon arrival, contacted the host who then resolved the issue quickly. Perfect location. We would recommend this home.

Stayed in this home for a 3 night weekend in KC in July. A very comfortable LARGE house with plenty of room for 15 family members; children and parents could all select the room they wanted. It was a warm weekend and the AC completely kept up. Kitchen on the main floor is large and open and we used it for all our meals. Kitchen is open with a wonderful large island for setting out all our food. The deck on the main floor was very comfortable for dining morning and night. Loretta went the extra mile by finding a small keepsake that my grandson mistakenly left in the house and mailed it back to us!

College friends

Six couples all friends for college days years ago stayed for two nights. Lovely property with two complete kitchens. Plenty of room for smaller gatherings and all 12 together. Loretta was very helpful and answered any questions we had.

Large home, with plenty of extras

Rented the home for a Christmas weekend for the family. Ages ranged from 88 to 8 months and everyone had a great time. Kids found plenty to entertain themselves with and adults had ample gathering spaces to sit and visit. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation for a large number. Hosts were very accommodating and supportive throughout planning and the stay.

Perfect home

Very clean, in good repair. Our ages ranged from 4-77. Super great having bathrooms in almost all bedrooms. Space to spare. We brought corn hole and appreciated large garage space to play it in.

Family Reunion

Great place for the 19 of us. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and space. It was our annual family get together. We wanted a place that would fit us all in one house and this fit the bill. 1972 college reunion

we had 14 at our reunion and had plenty of space. We had a couple of guys who preferred to stay at a hotel and there were a couple about 5 minutes away. We had a caterer for our meals and Lori was great in allowing them to come in a little early. The main floor kitchen had 2 dishwashers which was helpful. All in all, a great place. We would use it again

Central US is home. Though I was born in St. Louis, Missouri, raised in a small rural subdivision of Oregon, Wisconsin, I have come to Kansas City, Kansas to grow roots. Here on our homestead work can be tough, but, not without rewards. Faith & family are dearest to our hearts and hospitality goes hand in hand with those gifts. With a growing family comes a need for larger and larger space. We decided to find a place suitable for our large family to gather when we needed to & found this gem. In the times we aren't merry making in this enormous house, we thought we would open this luxury up to those who likewise need a larger space to come together, relax & get away from the routine.

この宿泊施設の特徴

When multiple generations get together, it's hard to please everyone. And let's face it, not everyone wants to use the same bathroom. We loved the fact that almost every bedroom has an ensuite, save two.
It can be tough finding a place to relax with a larger group. With the multiple choices here, one could hardly have a problem. Boasting two separate decks, a large yard w/tire swing & fire ring, woods & pond, four separate living rooms, two children's zones, jacuzzi, etc. you'll find your niche.
And all the while you enjoy what the BnB has to offer, your vehicles can be safely parked away in one of the many garages open to your use.
