A large, carefully planned space with contemporary furnishings and finishes is perfect for telecommuting. The apartment is fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped for your comfort. It has:
-3 bedrooms with double bed and chest of drawers.
-The master bedroom has a balcony.
-2 full bathrooms with towels and hygiene amenities.
-Kitchen equipped to cook all your food and snacks.
-Filter coffee maker with complimentary ground coffee.
- Dining room for 6 people.
-Living room with Smart TV so you don't miss your favorite shows.
In addition, you will also have at your disposal clothes iron and basic cleaning products.
In the subdivision you can make use of amenities for the whole family, including:
-Swimming pool
-BBQ
-Garden

For security reasons, when you arrive at the Cruz Encantada condominium, you must show an ID and indicate the address you are going to at the booth.
We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :)

The property is very well located. All around you will find a great variety of stores, drugstores, restaurants, parks, banks, and more activities to do.
*Downtown Yautepec is 4 minutes away.
*Oaxtepec 18 minutes away.
*Tepoztlan 34 minutes away.
*Cuautla 36 minutes away.
The closest supermarket is Soriana 8 minutes away by car, you will also find an Oxxo 4 minutes away.
Getting Around:
We recommend you to arrive at the property by car. If you do not have one, you can take a cab or use mobility apps. From Mexico City it will take you approximately 1:45 hours.
Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Additional services:
-Cleaning fee: $350 MXN
Good news! The condominium has a grill, we recommend bringing a bag of charcoal and utensils.
We will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay, you will feel happy and welcome in this property.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
