Welcome to Sunlit Treasure, where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your private dock or sunroom.

The home is located in Ocean Resorts on North Hutchinson Island, Florida. As our guest you have access to all the amenities including Private Beach, boat ramp/dockage, an Olympic Size Heated/Chilled Pool, Bocce Ball, Shuffleboard, Horseshoe Pits, Pool Tables, BBQ grills, Tennis/Pickle Ball Courts.

The waterfront home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, two parking spaces, fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. We are pleased to offer our guests the convenience of enough toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen and bathroom soap, laundry supplies, trash bags, and some coffee essentials to get your stay started without needing to visit the close by grocery stores first.

Biking is popular in the neighborhood and state parks are only a few miles away. Within the resort, you can walk to the beach (300 yards), tennis, pool, and other amenities even closer.

Kayaking right off the backyard 40' dock (tandem and single sit-on-top kayaks provided) is spectacular in the Indian River Lagoon Aquatic Preserve.

Perfect Birthday Weekend for my husband’s birthday week! We had a great stay! Fishing right off the back deck was Awesome with a variety of fish. The beach access was Amazing and very peaceful! Beautiful views everywhere! Although I didn’t use the pool I did take a stroll to it! It is very nice. The inside is just as pictured a very comfortable layout! Sylvia has thought of everything to make your stay stress free! Great host and communication was great from booking to checkout! We had a wonderful stay and spent most of our time out back! It’s a picture perfect oasis! Very quiet and welcoming! Loved our stay!

Family time

Very much enjoyed our stay. The house is well decorated and clean, supplied with all the necessities and many extras. The location was amazing right on the water with the beach across the street. The hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions or concerns.

Great Vacation Location

Wife and I enjoyed our stay. Fish the river in the kayaks, the channel off the deck and the ocean across the street. Convenient.

What a perfect stay to have access to beach/river/pool. Fishing was great off back porch. Kayaks a big plus!

Great place to stay by the beach

Lovely home, short walk to the beach, very nice pool. Sylvia was great, very responsive and nice. The house is very spacious and clean with amazing views of the water, we watched the fish swim by through the windows. Will definitely be staying here again!

Florida Getaway

Sylvia was an excellent hostess. Her rental was the perfect size for me and my husband. Enjoyed the water view from the back deck. We even saw manatee's swim by. The resort was in a quiet location, and the neighbors were friendly.
