Nice clean home in a great community with tons of amenities. Yearly rental poss.
Single family home just over 2 year’s old. Private heated pool and spa with a 2 car garage. We are dog friendly and have a doggie door with a wireless fence if your dog is trained for such.
The community has an awesome pool with 3 fully stocked bar/restaurant. The community also has tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, gym, cafe and baby sitting for when you go to the gym. This is a gated community “The Place” and is @30 minutes to the beach. Close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants! Please reach out to me before booking, Thank you!
