Nice comfy stay, had a group of guys, kitchen was nice. Only complaint would be that we couldn’t get the BBQ to work. But other than that it was an awesome place and great location

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed everything about the area. The house is just as listed and was very comfortable for a family of 6. The walk to the shore was short, and the cliffs are breathtaking.

It would have been nice if the yard wasn't overgrown, so the kids could have played outside. The property manager does not respond. Seems to only send automated messages. The floors were really dirty and the house had a funny smell to it. The pictures were a little deceiving, not as roomy as it appears. The only positive was the location. Close to restaurants and attractions.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. A great location. It was close enough to walk to some businesses but was nestled in with other homes. The walk is strenuous though given the terrain. We really enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the morning and looking out at the ocean in the distance. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and the space was fantastic for our group of 7.

Amazing Ocean Sunset Views

We loved our time in San Diego! This home was in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the ocean. We went to Ocean Beach just minutes away to swim and enjoy beach days.

Fantastic Views!

Stayed here with friends in mid-August. It was fun, given we’re near the beach the floors were a little dirty upon arrival. The host was very responsive! This has the best views of the ocean from the living room. The front yard is a great spot for photos and soaking in the sun and ocean breeze!

Homey

We enjoyed our stay and the house! The right amount of Rooms for our group. Nice table so we could all eat together, roomy living room for playing games and visiting. It was too cold to sit outside. My only issue with the house was the curb appeal when we first drove up. House could use some landscape cleanup.

Quaint Beach Cottage

This is a perfect location and decently priced, quaint place with great outdoor space. My only feedback is to list a picture of the outside as it is not handicap accessible or 1 story and has alot of stairs and steps outside and small drop steps inside and we had my dad with us in a wheelchair which was difficult to manage. Outside of that, adorable.

Amazing family getaway at Sunset Cliffs

From check in to check out, Veena was making sure our stay was comfortable. The property had plenty of space for us and easy to navigate around using the QR codes for instructions. We enjoyed the short walk to Sunset Cliffs and hearing the ocean in the distance, and the kids wished we could have stayed longer. This property is definitely family oriented and our host made it feel like home. Thanks for the good memories.

Like the closeness of beach

You can walk to the beach and a few cafes. It’s a 5 minute drive to a pier with streets that have plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping. There is WiFi and television with live tv available. They have plenty of towels provided. There were ants in one of the rooms that got into our luggage. The table was sticky but I think it’s because the cleaner is taking off the finish of the table.

Great stay

This is our first VERBO experience and this was the best experience we could have asked for. Host was prompt with communication. The house was close to the Sunset Cliffs beaches and walks. Beautiful views from the house. My 14 year old son sat staring out the window on our first morning amazed by the view. Backyard had a beautiful garden with BBQ and table. However, I did get a sunburn at the beach. But I think that was my fault;). Would recommend this house to anyone.

My journey into hosting began with my love for travel. Over the years, I found that staying in homes rather than hotels made every trip feel more authentic and memorable. I loved experiencing neighborhoods like a local, cooking in a real kitchen, and feeling at home wherever I went.
That experience inspired me to start hosting in San Diego. What began as a passion project eventually grew into a full-service vacation rental business. Welcome you all to San Diego =)

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Sunset Cliffs is one of San Diego’s most scenic and peaceful coastal neighborhoods, located along the western edge of Point Loma. It’s best known for its dramatic oceanfront cliffs, unobstructed sunset views, and relaxed, residential vibe that feels more local and understated compared to places like La Jolla. The area centers around Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, where people gather daily to walk along rugged trails, surf below the cliffs, or simply watch the sun dip into the Pacific. The neighborhood itself is quiet and mostly residential, featuring a mix of charming beach cottages and high-end oceanfront homes, many designed to maximize panoramic views. While there aren’t many shops or restaurants directly within Sunset Cliffs, it’s just minutes from Ocean Beach and Point Loma dining spots. Overall, it offers a unique blend of natural beauty, privacy, and laid-back coastal living, making it one of the most desirable and visually iconic areas in San Diego.
