Perfectly sized at just over 350 square feet, this apartment offers a king size bed, bathroom with a shower, and a sitting area. The kitchenette offers a sink, counter space, microwave, and refrigerator.

Located in the sought after Calhoun Street Promenade. Within walking distance are multiple restaurants, shops, art galleries, and so much more. This is an ideal spot to park your car for the weekend and explore beautiful Old Town Bluffton.

This apartment is located on the second floor of the building. Stairs are located on the right side of the building. There is no elevator.

We offer a smart tv and wifi during your stay. The fire stick with the tv will allow streaming services, so log into your favorites!

Great location and all the basics that you need. This place has a comfortable king size bed, a tv, shower and bathroom. The location is in the heart of historic old town Bluffton, walking distance to bike shops, restaurants and shops.

Problems but good area

Poor communication , no check-in procedure was sent. No tv service, when i complained they dropped off a ruku on the outdoor stairs and expected me to set it up with no accounts to watch anything Many wasps nests by front door that they refused to removePillowcases missing. 2 towels for a five day stay.Ac cant keep up with the set pointApartment smells slightly Refrigerator dirtyIts on a very bright street, so if you like to sleep in the dark this isnt a good placeEverything else was clean and goood. Price is right and good location

Great place. Nice location.

Property was exactly as described. Place was neat and clean. Bed was comfy. Location is very walkable. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. We couldn't find the remote for the tv, i did have to contact the host, it didn't get resolved. But it was not a deal breaker.

Overall, the stay was ordinary & nothing special. We appreciated the parking situation and there were always open spots. The unit was easy to get to and it was in a good location in town. We didn’t enjoy how there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom & that caused mold to be on the ceiling. We also didn’t appreciate the religious propaganda that was displayed with the town magazines.

Great little place right within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect! Tbe bed is the best. So comfortable! Definitely will be staying her again if need be in the future!

Nice place

Nice place to stay for a few days. Couple of good bars and resturants within walking distant. They only thing we thought was odd was there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We bought a small bottle and left it there for the next guests.

So perfect for us!

We enjoyed the location and the simplicity and almost everything about staying here. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. I really enjoyed the chance to walk and jog around

Liked the location. Loved the big windows and the seating area. It's like a little secret hide away and very quaint. Just needs a little paint (especially on the stairs) and a modest upgrade on the furnishings and it would be top notch

Perfect spot to stay in the promenade!

The host was absolutely amazing. She was extremely accommodating and responded so fast to messages! I highly recommend this property! It was located in the perfect central location for all of the events I was attending in old town! She has everything you could possibly “need” for your trip. I totally didn’t think about an iron/ironing board for my formal attire, but I was incredibly happy to see she had one available there. 10/10 would stay there again. It was an amazing experience.

Nice spot

We came to town to visit family who live in Old Town so the location was perfect. Parking is always kind of an issue in Bluffton but there was something available even if it was not right in front of the unit. The promenade can get a little loud but it was off season so noise wasn’t an issue. The WiFi/internet didn’t work while we were there so no TV.

Great space for a quiet getaway

The space was great for my mini solo getaway. Has a comfortable king size bed, tv and small table and chairs. I enjoyed how close it was to visit Coligny beach and to drive into Savannah. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. If I ever have the chance to return I would stay here again
