The space
There is a full, very modern kitchen after a total remodel with new appliances. It is a downstairs suite in a charming, two-story, courtyard building complex. The remodel also included new floors, tiling, high quality sound-proofed doors and quad-paned windows and too many other items to mention, now including AC! We do have a CCTV system for added security. For the safety of our other residents, PETS or other animals are not permitted in this small, gated community.
Guest access
Guests access through the front security gate, into a raised courtyard area and the suite is on the right. Guests will enter through their own private front door after opening the dead-bolt and door handle lock. You have exclusive access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
PETS or other animals are not permitted. This suite is definitely ready for business travelers, being very close to the heart of Little Italy and the airport. No smoking - means no smoking of ANY kind ANY where on the premises. This includes e-cigs, cigars, vaporizers, hookahs etc. You will forfeit the deposit and be asked to leave the premises. If you see anyone with a PET, smoking or are being affected by someone with an animal or smoking/vaping etc., please notify us as soon as possible.
