Casita Rustica was meticulously designed to give guests a private and relaxing retreat so enjoyable you may have a hard time getting out to enjoy the city. Our location is close to 163 and major tourist attractions are a mere 10 min away. Including the world famous San Diego zoo, seaworld, beaches. Waterfront, and the Gaslamp district. The Casita is equipped with modern amenities to improve your experience such as dimming lights, keyless entry, A/C , heat and built in-ceiling speakers for relaxing music or for getting into the mood for a night out on the town while getting ready. Inside the casita you will also find a full kitchen with all the tools to keep you cooking great ingredients that make great food. Outside the Casita you will find a patio with a lounge area great for reading relaxing in the sun or just a place to grab some fresh air. This property was everything we thought it would be and more! The bed is so comfortable and some of the best sleep I have had in a long time. The neighborhood is close to everything. The yard has beautiful fruit trees and outdoor seating. I would recommend this casita to anybody.

Location of property is within easy reach of all areas we visited while in the San Diego area. The owners were on site and communication was perfect. Photos were accurate, guest house was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Stay was great. The hostess was very nice and friendly. We felt welcomed and then feel like strangers. We even had breakfast made for us one morning. The casita was clean, modern, and practical. Location is 10 minutes from downtown and from any other entertainment venue. Would definitely stay again

Casita Rustica

Casita Rústica is a quaint and charming place to stay. It is 10-15 minutes to Downtown San Diego and close to the beaches. The place is very modern and newly decorated. The hosts are amazing and extremely friendly making us feel right at home. Our visit was over a week and loved it so much we asked if there was any availability for our next visit.

California Beach trip

This was our annual Mission Beach trip and our first time using Vrbo, so we were not sure what to expect. We usually stay at Hotel Circle, but wanted to try something different. We enjoyed our experience and it exceeded our expectations! It is beautiful, clean and we loved it! The property is a little house behind the homeowner’s and is beautiful and was absolutely perfect for us! There was open communication at all times and if we had any questions, they were answered right away. It’s about 20 minutes from Mission Beach and Old Town San Diego, another of our favorite stops! We highly recommend staying here and want to thank Javier and family for making it special!

Amazing stay and such kind hosts!

This is such a cute little backyard unit. It was a very easy check in and when we met the hosts they were so kind and welcoming! It is also located in a great location, close to USD, food and the beach. You'll love it!

The property was clean and cozy. The host Javier and Courtney was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. If we ever come back to San Diego we would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Trip

This Casita was everything and more! Location was great cleanliness was amazing! Javier our host was there to answer any question I had. We even got to meet him on our last night there. STAY HERE!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I booked this place for my in-laws for the weekend while they visited us in San Diego. This was the most beautiful & clean casita I’ve ever seen! Javier (the owner) was very friendly, communicative, & had a very easy check-in. My in-laws were so happy & comfortable staying here. The location is great & the casita is very private! I’ve already told all my friends / family about this place. I will definitely book again in the future! 10/10.. Thanks again!!
