Passing Through

Enjoyed our overnight stay as we are making our way to Michigan to move our daughter out of college. Was nice to have some extra space and to have a yard for our little dog who is in tow. Was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Quick trip just slept there. Beds were comfortable. Coffee provided was nice to have. Place was clean. Hot water for multiple showers

Perfect place for stay with pet

Older home was clean and lovingly maintained and renovated. Quite neighborhoid. Definitely a great place for us to stay to visit family. Will definitely book again

Cyan tattoo convention

My friend and I stayed here to attend the Cyan Tattoo Invitational. The home was clean, had everything we needed and is in a quiet neighborhood. We will be back next year and hope to rent the same place!

Affordable and comfortable

This two bed house was just what we needed for a weekend away with friends. The Air Force museum is only 11 minutes away and most conveniences are a short drive. A well supplied kitchen and dishwasher made meals easy. Clean and warm environment- thank you!

One night stay to see a musical in Dayton!

We only stayed here one night but would have definitely stayed longer and we would def pick this place again! It was a beautiful place, clean and homey! Can only recommend!

Great stay

The property was exactly as described. It was comfortable and the kitchen was nice. The washer and dryer was huge and updated. We liked the streaming options on the tv.

Great Stay

This home was reasonably priced and it was very nice. The extra touches like thick fluffy bath towels and nice bedding made it even better! I plan to stay here every time I come to Dayton. Thank You!

Nice Stay

Nice property. Went to the National Air Force Museum. The unit was clean and cozy. Check-in and out was easy. Comfortable bed, small but efficient kitchen. Basic unit and good value.

Very Nice place, conveniently located

This is a very nice, comfortable property conveniently located near a drug store, places to eat, gas stations and places to enjoy walking. It’s a quiet neighborhood of comfortable homes with lots of great shade trees. The front porch is a nice place to sit at the end of a day. The place is very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Amazing property and communication!

This property was perfectly clean and awaiting us. Beautifully decorated and with many amenities we were used to at home including the water cooler and handheld shower head. Beautiful screened in porch I spent many hours on the oversized chair. Can’t wait for a return trip to Dayton

Perfect

We are a family of four and we’re just passing through Dayton on our way home from a family roadtrip. We drove 10+ hours and needed a place to rest our heads for the night. The house was perfect, comfy beds, cable, Netflix, and Amazon prime were all available on all TVs. Nice front four seasons porch and full back deck with very private yard. Quiet neighborhood. The house is an older home so it has the charm of an older home but the kitchen and bathroom have been updated nicely. Mike and Marissa were very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Air Show

Great property! Adorably decorated. Really appreciated the water dispenser and the left over ice in the freezer. Only complaint is the seating. There were Four adults and only a couch to sit on in the living area. Would definitely stay again!
