Our Cozy Condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay on beautiful Edisto Beach. The property overlooks the ninth hole of Edisto's only golf course and is a short walk to great restaurants an easy bike or car ride to the beach. Bike rental within walking distance. New 65" TV installed in 2023. New HVAC in 2024. Stacked washer and Dryer. Deck with seating for enjoying the deer and other wildlife. Easy keyless entry.

Very relaxing cottage feel. Parklike setting with a lot of shade is perfect for walks. I recommend without reservation.

The condo is small but perfect for 2. My sister and I went for a retreat away from family. It wasn’t perfect but it was clean and comfy. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect place to lay your head after a day at the beach.

Wonderful time

The little studio getaway was perfect for me and my daughter. We rented bikes, rode around town Road to the beach, took walks and enjoyed some local restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for us and we really enjoyed the place we will come back.

Perfect

The property was perfect. The location was perfect. Rent a bike and go anywhere. Great food nearby. Ocean is wonderful. A perfect spot for a long or short get a way. The host was very helpful and great to deal with.

Quiet and Comfortable

Everything was as advertised. Was further from Charleston then we anticipated so if you’re looking to do things there often another spot would be preferable. Matt was very easy going and a great communicator

Unit not Ready

The size was small which was expected however the air conditioner had a hard time keeping the unit pleasant and there were limited pots and pans virtually no soil eraser or dish towels or hot mits. The bed was comfortable and the unit has a great TV. There really is little to no room for hanging clothes

A good place to rest your head

Overall I would say it was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the a/c worked really good the fridge and freezer worked really good, we did not utilize any of the other appliances but they all seemed to be clean and ready for use. The space was sufficient for two people for a few days. The bathroom could really use a bit of a deep clean and updating. The toilet is very low to the ground and the shower head was very dirty, we actually cleaned it before using the shower. I was really surprised to find there was no assigned parking for any of the condo units but thankfully in our four night stay there was never a time we didn't find a parking spot. I was also surprised at how much you could hear and feel people walking around in the other units, there were some instances when the bed would actually shake. Thankfully we had neighbors during our stay that were not loud otherwise. We enjoyed our stay.
