Golf this Autumn in Naples
Located in the Heritage Greens gated community, this spotless villa sits near the end of a cul-de-sac with a view of the 8th hole of the Arrowhead Golf Course.
Enter through the front lanai and pass through to an additional seating area/reading space. The bright modern fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you'll need. There's a breakfast bar, a dining area and spacious living room with custom leather sofa and chairs. A large den with sofa and pull out bed provides ample seating for relaxing and TV watching. The two spacious bedrooms, situated on opposite ends of the villa, have private ensuite/baths. Pass through sliders to a second lanai and an outdoor patio overlooking the golf course.
You'll find ample beach chairs and beach toys in the garage.
It's a 5 minute walk to one of 3 community pools.
Heritage Greens has its own Tennis/pickle ball courts, gym, and active club house situated next to the 18 hole ArrowHead golf course and pro shop and restaurant. Just a mile from the Immokalee Rd. exit 111off Rte 75, close to Ft. Myers airport, famous Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato shopping and dining.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
The first Naples exit from Ft. Myers airport makes it super-convenient. While the community is quiet and safe, shops, restaurants and grocery stores are minutes away. Beaches are numerous and each one is prettier than the next. Vanderbilt, Lowdermilk are two of my favorites. Olde Naples remains a true destination for dining and people watching.
