Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was in a nice quiet spot near the bay and we had a good view of the water from the screened in porch. The unit was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The only complaint we have is the beach chairs were in very poor shape and need to be replaced. The arm rests are totally rusted and some of the fabric is tattered.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest issue was the bed, which I read was an issue for someone in October as well and had hoped had been addressed prior to our arrival. The mattress is truly awful and sags in the middle. We are waking up with back pain every morning. I would expect a better mattress in this price range and type of unit. Also, many of the blankets, linens and towels had stains. The entire unit needs updating. The Cedars is a great place and the staff was fantastic, but wouldn't stay in that unit again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year in the apartment. It was in need of general updating. Problems include: no door bell; ants; little bugs around lamps; screen on deck needs repairs. Liked the apartment but failure to maintain it well has caused us not to renew for next year. Also no refund policy is not good business.

Cheryl was also able to get the owner to agree to a new mattress & box springs for the master BR. Couldn't have stayed there if not replaced.The owner needs to invest in this property. Living area furniture is very worn, had to simply remove items to the garage such as bar stools, guest room bedspreads and we set aside the worst of the dining room chairs.If I owned it, I'd get rid of the very old guest twin bed mattress & box springs ( SOOO noisy ), replace or at least re upholster the bar stools and dining room chairs.That said, its a great location!

The location is great and the condo's include a tennis club membership, access to the pool, club house and gym. The unit had a couple of issues with water leaking from the master bathroom thru the dinning room window and a broken microwave handle, but other than that very clean and nice. I've stayed in many rentals across the US and Cheryl Hindle, the club manager is the best I've come across, Thx..
