Lovely new casita with private entry & courtyard garden. Located in a safe, family-oriented newly built community. Enjoy access to community walking paths, parks, and pools.

Located approx. to: Schnepf Farm 1.5 miles, The Olive Mill 1.5 miles, Bell Bank Park 8.5 miles away, Gilbert Regional Park 11 miles, San Tan Mountain 7 miles, and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport is 10 miles!

Casita is located toward the front of the property inside a gated walkway. The casita door is parallel to the property’s main entrance. The casita closet wall shares wall with garage. Casita is one bedroom one bath.

For your comfort, we offer:
-Queen size bed
-40-inch smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Discovery+)
-Mini-fridge/freezer
-Microwave
-Keurig with small coffee bar
-Iron/ironing board
-Hair dryer
-2 bottles of water on the day of your arrival

-Blackout film on glass door for your privacy.
-4-inch shutters that you can open/close top and bottom separately

-Access to community pools, lake, fireplace, and parks

Schnepf Farm is nearby and sometimes music and fireworks can be heard. Trash comes early Thursday mornings. We have 2 dogs (old boxers with young souls). You may hear them occasionally bark. Dogs have access to our home and backyard only.

The community pool may be closed at times without advance notice for repair or maintenance and is outside of our control. There are no discounts or refunds given if the pool is closed.

We are available via VRBO messaging for your needs.

We do live on the property so you may see us from time to time. Feel free to say hi if you see us and are up for a chat! Our goal is to make sure you are comfortable and we will respect your privacy.

Relaxing get away

This was a clean and quiet get away from the hectic life of 2 toddlers. It was an easy check in with great accommodations when we had to get ready for a wedding in 10 minutes. We would stay here again .

Quick trip to celebrate with friends.

We came up to celebrate with our dear friends in San Tan Valley. We are so glad we found your fabulous casita. It was excellent! Everything we needed and more. So clean, new, and had extra features. If we come up again we will definitely book again.

So quiet

This was absolutely perfect for my husband and I We had business all day so having a full house was not needed and hotels are just too busy and hard to relax. This property was so quiet and relaxing . The neighborhood is very clean and quiet lots of room to park even for our 4 door long bed pick up

Wonderful Stay

The casita was everything the picture said it would be. Michelle was a wonderful host. Her dogs would let her know someone was outside. The neighborhood was quiet. The casita was a great escape and much better than a hotel room. Even returning after dark, the area was well lit with solar lights along the path. I will be returning soon.

The perfect place to stay

I planned a short get away trip for my friends’s 60th birthday. I did not want to stay in a boring hotel. I loved the look of this Casita on the website. I was fortunate that it was available. It did not disappoint! The amenities were wonderful. The casita is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and close to everything I needed or wanted on my stay. The hosts were great to communicate with. They mentioned they have dogs yet I never heard them. I’ll be sharing this listing with any of my friends who are traveling to this area!
